Just had notification of the AO 'scheme of arrangement' and corresponding shareholder vote 20/11/24.

Is there any point in voting in this or is it a done deal? Hold just under half million shares.

Losing £ @ 9.07p. Appreciate people's thoughts.

Not been in this situation before..normally sell shares via usual process. with a takeover... "how do we get paid" ?

Hi Vardey - forgiving my ignorance for a second, what do you mean by "follow the money" when it is hard to purchase shares?

I have similarly struggled to acquire MMAG shares in anything other than small tranches these last few days - wasn't sure why this was. thanks
