What you've said is very good. I think though that Avacta even now is far more valuable in my humble opinion than Point was at takeover. And now Eli have access to it.

When Eli Lilly bought Point Biopharma I was a little concerned. I'm not entirely sure but didn't Avacta licence the their technology to them for a specific application?

Eli Lilly would now have access to Avacta's technology through this acquisition.

Just think, Eli Lilly can see the effectiveness of Avacta's technology and if they like it buying Avacta for £1.5 for them would be crumbs let alone peanuts.

And the way private investors behave they would probably agree to it (£5 a share). Maybe the spread of ownership through this fund raising to defend against a hostile and punitive value takeover was what this is all about. I'd really like to think it was something like this.

There will more than likely be place for Avacta amongst the other offerings but having to share the market with others would reduce it's value. That said, continuing with the progress made so far proves that Avacta's offering is superior in some applications might enable them to get a bigger share of the market.

I was thinking along the lines that 1GW of sales would produce $100m in royalties or somewhere about that figure (just a guess), so what you are saying sounds about right to me.

My next and last question, does anyone know how many years a stack could run for in a continuous use situation? Because ultimately the stacks would have to be replaced which would possibly produce on going sales.

Does anyone know what the Royalties are per KW sold are for stacks and for systems?
