I’m reposting this as some of you may have missed it. There’s a lot of unwarranted excitability surrounding scope 3.
In my view, which is shared by those in the know, is that this scope 3 thing is a political storm best suited in a teacup. The Beetaloo has always been set up to be carbon neutral and at 3% CO2 that’s very achievable. This may not be the same for the 18% CO2 Barossa project. If that project does not go ahead that would put the Beetaloo in a fantastic position of having to backfill Darwin LNG and Itchthy.
Hey Beetaloo
It’s probably a combo of both your maturity and your long-suffering investment!! I too hv been in this too long to want to remember.

Hang in there!!
Like some of you, I have been invested for longer than I can remember.
That is because it has been a long time and now I’m ancient and forgetful.
However.
I believe in, and have confidence in POQ to extract a deal that will reward us long term sharebelievers.
There is a rabbit in Philip’s hat.
Just watch him extract the little bugger over the coming weeks.
He’s going to make Spassky look like an amateur.
I love these big moments in history.
The bird will soar.
Here’s an interesting article published by Casey Research :

RIGHT!
We are all in it for the long haul.
It’s wonderful to think that my grand kids will light cigars and frolic in the pool of the Côte d’Azur villa that they acquired thanks to the foresight of ol’ gramps !!!
The very thought (almost) makes these past 12 years bearable!
I know I am only venting stuff that we all feel.
And for the record I am very much supportive of POQ who I have met several times at shareholder meetings in Sydney and also enjoyed drinks with.
Sûre he earns a good chunk. Good on him. But I do feel that communicating The Message could be done more effectively and more regularly. After all, there are a number of interesting stories to be written relating to the history of the Beetaloo, its exploration & development, the characters & personalities past & present, and in particular the colossal potential for the NT and Oz ... and the rest of the world.
I’m HODLing and remain optimistic that we might all light cigars and slap each other on the back at the Falcon sharehodlers coming out party !!!
GLTA
We are a year or maybe a bit more from finally monetising our 12 year (or more) holding in this asset. Which has recently become one of the hottest potatoes on the planet.
YET THE SILENCE IS DEAFENING
This share has to be one of the best kept investing secrets of all time. And as the price of gas and petrol and diesel skyrocket, our share price continues to deflate like a sad, tired old balloon.
WTF ?
Can someone, somewhere start stirring the pot ?
Is there no one, nowhere prepared or able or interested in writing about one of the biggest current plays in the energy sector worldwide ?
Morning all
Anyone care to comment on my question raised yesterday? Thanks!

Regarding the forthcoming sale of Falcon’s Beetaloo asset, does anyone here have an idea whether the Karoo asset will form part of the bundle or is it possible that the Karoo will remain a separate asset which might yet prove to have considerable value in the future?

Falcon shares should carry a disclaimer :
Anyone with a weak heart or suicidal tendencies should be advised not to purchase these shares as holding them can seriously harm your health.
I hv been in deep for 12 YEARS and I finally almost topped myself last night.
Feeling better today, tho. :-)

Will someone attending the AGM please ask a very hard question to POG when the fk are we long-suffering, long-holding shareholders going to see some fkn value in this bloody stock.
I agree with schlemiel, it's a nightmare to hold. And it's still going nowhere at high speed. WTF. And how about asking the question that Oleo raises re the plugs. Is that another fk up along the way?
This stock has provided so much pain for so many holders for so long. It's time the management bloody well started creating value for the shareholders.
I've seriously had enough of this sht.
After 12 years of holding this damn bird, I feel I should be used to seeing red on a tiresomely regular basis. But I have to say this is really getting beyond a bad joke.Someone do something, please !!!Like, make a positive annoncement!Come on 1daymaybe, buck us all up with your amusing positivity!!!
