This from an ADM RNS, 15. November is interesting though;
"Accordingly, the Company intends to shortly convene a general meeting (the "General Meeting") and a further announcement will be made in relation to matter this in due course."
Many thanks for the reply, AGEOS
Maybe this year we will a Santa on steroids,- Here is the link directly to the part when AC said what Rimsha referred to +++ and the following which was as interesting too
https://youtu.be/c_x1oaaEe9c?t=636
An entity/A company, has the legal right to the licence,- buy the company and you also buy the right to its ongoing business. Zenith is not the operator of the licence
"..............Emerald Energy Resources then got involved in a $60 million court case with Sinosure in 2018 https://www.oeclaw.co.uk/images/uploads/documents/China_Export_Judgment.pdf and then had to give back the ONL141 license to the Nigerian government in 2019 due to non-payment of fees https://africaoilgasreport.com/2019/04/farm-in-farm-out/nigerian-government-revokes-licences-of-seven-oil-blocks/ however, over this time NW ONL141 appears to have becaome a license in its own right."

Barracuda Oil Field in dispute?
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/ADME/barracuda-oil-field-ms37u26lloya7zz.html
Our CEO just have to freaking show us that the light we are seeing in the end of the tunnel is not the night train between Genoa and Hell
TYB and Investveryalot is too focused on their P :-))
Look ahead for the £ if Tilapia II and Barracuda comes crashing in
AC, according to latest IC, heading to Congo for conversations with energy dpt
Even the ADM shareholders seems very optimistic on behalf of the ZEN shareholders regarding Nigeria
“The first official news we are likely to get is ironically going to be an RNS from Zenith on November 30th where they announce that they now own an asset that we were assured belonged to ADM.
Absolutely ridiculous.”
Well AGEOS, AC referred Total as to a 'mid-tier' company
ADM Energy out of OML 141?
This could be huge.

@TYB
I guess 'the run' after securing some assets also depend on who sits on the huge amount of shares and their agenda.
Rig is 'being loaded' on ship
- Tunisia or Congo (No rigs in Congo, ZEN only Junior oiler in country,- government consider multiple concessions in Congo 'if rig go there')
- Confirmed, swamp in Nigeria excludes own rig.
This should in theory undermine an imminent rather than a 'due course' response from government in Rep. of Congo ??
Source: IC
If there are no significant value-adding to the company, why bother with an IC?
Let's see until publication of new prospect, what AC can pull out of his hat.
"Shareholders and analysts wishing to submit questions are kindly invited to do so by using the following e-mail address:" norway@zenithenergy.ca
I wonder if there could be a 'relation' between the latest RNS, (the £250,000 – Tilapia II licence) and the Africa Oil Week?
Maybe getting the deal over the line before speech at AOW?

Thank you, AGEOS.
Then there is a chance that the BD-260 becomes a very interesting bargaining chip.
AC said long time ago that they were in negotiations for rig locally in Congo. In Tunisia it may seem that they are fine with the current arrangement.
Not sure where I read it, but I know I was surfing and reading alot about the Nigeria venture when the intrigues about the other 'partners' where at its peak.
I read that a so called swamp-rig were required,- a special construction for the conditions there. Do you have any knowledge about that, AGEOS?
