Hoops,
It will be a roller-Coaster ride when it happens, with those wanting to 'get out' for various reasons after 7 months of nothing, and those who desperately want to 'get in', as alluded to by HawaiiFive0.
Patience will be the key, and unless you want / need to sell, just sit back and enjoy the ride.
Seeing that 2019 Annual Report and Accounts posted today would be a welcome boost to my weekend!
Correct Hoops - unaudited results for H1 this year by end of October.
So there should be a boost as we begin trading on 18th September (assuming the refinancing proposal is accepted at the AGM, and a further potential uplift if the H1 results are OK.
At least it's a step in the right direction - yes, we'll be caned on the debt repayments, but to maintain our stock market listing we should get regular reports and updates.
Many thanks to Les for his actions on the 'Shareholder Action Group' and to many others for 'keeping the faith'.
There is also the publication of the 2019 annual report and accounts (11 Sep), which will trigger the notice of the forthcoming AGM (18 Sep), plus the unaudited results for the 6 months to June 2020 (before 31 Oct).

Mr Candy may be selling his yacht for £54 mil, but only to fund something bigger and better - we all need money, no matter what your circumstances......
From their 01 July RNS - the first thing that needs to happen is the publication of the 2019 Annual Report and Accounts. Without this we cannot resume trading, end of! This will trigger the AGM, but sadly their dealines appear to extend well beyond 08th September 2020.
I'm just confused as to why they wanted details of the PI shareholdings earlier this month if their intentions are to miss the deadline and be delisted!
Hi Roy, I have a trading A/C and SIPP - I had some small pension pots that were increasing at 0.5% P/A, so I transferred them to a SIPP (and invested in MTL of course) and now I'm sitting on my hands and smiling at the screen.
Also, a big thanks to the knowledgeable and informative regulars who kept me strong through the peaks and troughs of this ride.
