Yes forward selling of placing shares can happen before and after an RNS advising of the placing up to date shares are admitted.

Forward selling ahead of the 5th (likely 5m was a forward sell for 10% profit not a buy).

All examples where after Commercial discoveries, Farm out - they all exceeded 1bn+ mcap within approx 6-12 months of first commercial flow.

GGP / RKH / plus many others have reached £1bn mcap post discoveries and commerciality in the past.

Remember we have $150-200bn worth of gas on commerciality and we farmout we could easily top well in excess of 1bn, even 2bn mcap.

Alot needs to happen for that but the timeframe it happens in is very short (6-12 months).

You get in early so you still make significant amounts and can at least slice original stake, maybe 2 and be left with a huge investment for massive upside.

I dont see us placing large amounts given Harlequin funding. I do see us farming out very quickly post a discovery or even getting taken out lock stock and barrel.
