20,000,000 shares: Issued to existing March GL Company shareholders.

12,000,000 shares: Retained by existing Pelican Acquisition Corporation (PELI) shareholders.

1,500,000 shares: Issued to existing Greenland Exploration Limited (GEL) owners

However a lot of redemptions so the free float is prob about 2.5m shares.

If say an asset worth a billion is reversed into AMG at a 97/3 split. AMG worth is 30m

Now even if they need an extra 2.5m. another 100% dilution if swapped for shares thats equivalent of 5m mcap. So still a 5x return

"Complete the assessment in Q1" NOT approval. Which part do you not understand. All it takes is some research on understanding how long do the FDA take from all data submission by a company to then providing approval.

That timeline on average is 3-4 quarters but its okay its obvious you dont understand such facts.
