With regard to the RNS and the proposals up for discussion/agreement at the General Meeting, are you all voting and are we opposed to any proposals being put forward???

Right - I'm off - Apprentice is on. I'd love to see Nayan on this - Ha Ha - especially the maths bits!!!!

IKN - I am in very long term but based on GJ's C.V. I have faith in him, but him only. Hopefully, when Lov goes and if Nayan can be made to leave and they were to be replaced by GJ people then hopefully everything will be Ok!!!

I was the biggest cheer leader for this share pre the vote and I am still in for a damm sight longer than most of you . By the time I sell up, all the disenters here will be a distant memory. I am just trying to understand why these claims are being allowed to be paid out by a BoD who are lying down and rolling over without argument and why the claims seem to be paid out on a vast scale without challenge!!!!

Steve - a bit harsh - I was a financial consultant, a mortgage arranger (whole of market) and a guarentor for an Amigo loan. I have read testimonials from ex clients of Amigo who have had monetary payments of compensation - fact.
I don't like being patronised by someone I don't even know - who are you anyway???????

Pupper - I still think you are JB : ) - Unless you definately know the proportion of shares held by iis compared to the proportion held by PIs and you KNOW that there are more shares held by PIs then your argument falls down. I believe the majority of shares are held by iis and it didn't matter about PIs forgetting or not being able to vote. I think the Old Boys Network influenced the vote but I can't KNOW that because I don't know the proportions held ii to pi.

Seamus and everyone else - I know Hound D has contravertial opinions, but, I have been thinking about these claims payouts all day and I can only come to the conclusion that the FCA/FOS have been told by a higher authority to allow these claims against Amigo to be successful as it puts money back in to the pockets of the lower social classes that are hard up and needed to borrow in the first place.
I can't see the government being bothered about letting a PLC go to the wall, as long as the less wealthy among us are able to put food on the table and as long as the poorer borrower gets double bubble by borrowing and then getting compo as well - I think this is a possibility. That's why we MUST take the FCA/FOS to judicial revue as they are independent from government influence/orders.

GCN says don't get too excited about the big buys after trading close - I'm sure he will explain why later.

I want a blue Friday as much as any invested here but as has been stated before - Friday has been profit taking day for weeks now so a finish in the 10s will be good enough for me - unless we see more BoD buys!!!!

JB has tweeted he is respecting the result and walking away as it is what the shareholders want. The people who voted against him were iis and not us!!!! If the votes were down to people holding shares then JB would have walked it but institutions holding millions of shares have detrimentally affected the result we wanted!!!! GOD KNOWS WHY!!!!!
