I don't know about you lot but I felt for Brad - having to get up at daft o'clock in the morning to be enthusiastic and giving a presentation to us mere mortals : )
It was lovely to see pictures of the site and the biggest thing I will take away from the presentation is the probability that the JV companies can at any time take over the organisation and planning of the drills and actual mining. The directors will buy shares at the first opportunity and I'm convinced Newmont will buy the site from OMI freeing Brad up to explore other possibilities. They are explorers, not miners.
They have money in the bank from the placing and funding from the JV companies so success is only a matter of time. This time next year we will be talking multiples of profit : )

I think your decision is sensible - I know this share and as an ex mortgage arranger, I also know the housing market and I agree there will be a slow down. Lots of workers losing their jobs - especially in retail - and a picky lending market where the banks will be hyper selective as to what constitutes a "prime borrower" I can see house prices falling and this flying!!!

I've just had a look at the current UK Directors dealings summary and no director has splashed the cash in a big way. If anything, our new CFO's buy is a decent wedge in comparison!!!

A near as damm it 4% rise today - It's the right direction taking in to account the covid vaccine distraction. Slowly slowly catchy monkey and I think my 14.1p will be achieved before xmas because I think GJ will let us know about a re starting lending date before we break up. He is PI focused and will want us to have a happy few days off, before the real work starts for this share price in 2021!!!!!
