Fellas - As I wasn't here from the beginning - can someone explain to me why JB - as a 61% shareholder - couldn't do what hell he wanted to do with the company??? What is the story behind this 90 to 10 vote against JB??? How and why did he lose control of his baby?

I get it - it's all down to the mcap - however, social networking gurus want a big following so they can attract advertising revenues and point followers in the direction of sponsor companies products to buy. It's not all about gurus influencing share price, but I know a million shares are easier to influence than a billion shares : )

GCN - God, we disagree on something. There must be 30 people tops on here that contribute a position positively or negatively. On here, you can't tell me that we affect a price. Even on social media it must be the same people - we are not big enough share holders. The price moves with millionaire/billionaire/institutional investors and they are intelligent enough to make their own minds up - not listening to us talking about what cars we want when this thing flies!!! : )

Why didn't it mention all the good news like board member changes, earnings every month and money increased in the bank compared to the last q report. It's a bug bear of mine when reporting is not balanced. Prob cos I'm an ex Navy communicator : )
