Re Lanstead
That’s exactly what happened and Lanstead said no.

He lied to shareholders saying in July that there was enough money for continuing operations for the upcoming 12 months.

He lied to shareholders when he stated that the company was to grow by SA when he knew there was no money or revenues.

He would have lied to Lanstead re upcoming contacts in order to get the funding. And he would have pointed to the fact that he and other directors had even bought stock! Cynical

I understand Trisor, but if you believe in the tech then why not invest in another nano company? Why this one? This is going bust.
Nano tech in cosmetics for instance has been around since the 1980s.
I mentioned that L’Oreal invest around £500m pa in R&D in the sector. This isn’t new tech and Cave has no original ideas or USP.
There are already nano-paints too.
First to market? NNN are not even first with the idea!

I might add that I absolutely don’t believe there is a market for anti-viral filters. I think it’s a niche, gimmicky market.
Panasonic, Samsung, Alsthom all produce anti-viral filters, mainly for transport. Given that Panasonic and Samsung also produce air-conditioning units I rather think there is little or no demand in that sector. Perhaps Duffers will pull a rabbit out of the hat? After all it is the year of the rabbit! Kung hei fat choy

Volz are no longer appearing at Filtech
There was no mention of Volz in the RNS just a vague reference to the JV

Trisor I have no doubt that Oval X are in it for a quick buck. I have also no doubt that Duffers has no choice but to go with these type of outfits after Lanstead said no. Oval X would have made a fee for the placement of a few percent plus whatever they make on the proceeds of the sale. They could end up making £75-£100k on a £400k investment! And Duffers gave away 8.6% of the company and destroyed the SP in the process…..
That being said if Oval X thought the bottom was in and that the SP was going higher, they wouldn’t be selling

Why no 0.5p? Because the company has no products, no sales, no revenues and is burning £250k a month!!
Oh and Duffers just sold 8.6% of the company @0.18p !!
