So whilst I accept there has been some positive news regarding the JV with Volz I think you need to be very careful with expectations of global domination!!

So the reason I looked this up was because I was wondering why Volz didn’t just buy a strategic stake in NNN. Well it’s because they are seemingly too small and just couldn’t!

I’ve been away for a few weeks but looking at this board nothing changes! Truth telling the truth, UG trading well and the rest of you group- hugging, back-slapping and secretly praying this goes higher. So I’ve a question…. does anybody know the actual size of Volz? Turns out they are a private company with 30 employees and revenues of $ 5m unless I’m very-much mistaken?
