FT as no say, legal firms recommending buyers to avoid PSN, the program I did not see, would not have touched the £350 million costs of putting in fire barriers in houses across the country, that PSN refused to disclose the total amount over the 4000 known about.
PSN will not be able to cover the costs of multiple legal actions started by buyers and notified to the UK Government help to buy scheme, which will put restrictions on PSN
TakingMyTime the newbie from PSN broker house
You talk rubbish. PSN will lose Help to buy , land banks wont help them, and the rip off of UK taxpayers and houses with firehazzards is now being felt as Insurers are refusing to cover PSN home on buildings insurance and putting exemption on other built with no fire barriers, which cost over $10,000 each to put right.
Keep talking to alias Nig -W, so easy to spot crooks on LSE , which the FCA are looking at
the fine is reasonable when you consider the breach, my hope is since the regulations have changed, other organizations face the same penalty for breaches. especially Government run institutions who abuse data, such as DVLC, Passport Office, NHS etc.
Lets see the IOC apply it to Virgin for there despicable divulging of credit card details on flybe customers
Persimmon to lose all Help to Buy.
As PSN make 55% of there profits from the fated Help to Buy Scheme , a scheme that as enabled a UK builder to build houses with fire hazzards.
.
Dividend payment scheme was all based on PSN assuming they would have the UK TAXPAYER SUBSIDY to help them build shoddy houses .

Nig, and co.
First My mistake for not making clear the £350 million was for all the homes needing Firbreakes installing, but I did not make clear infering it was only the 3500 in the southwest.
You are 100% wronmg on most dont need attention, and suggest you get to looking at how many peoplke who brought brand new houses are still in Temp Accom, that costing PSN payment on mortgage repayments, extra rent.. It also brings into question there people who signed off on the home and conned people into buying houses with fire hazards.
You have to follow regulations and the comment about like driving a car with no air bags is justified and proves a point
the houses are lethal to people who spenmt money on them, and not fit for purpose.
there is the possibility of the money Local governments payments to Persimmon for afforbale house being clawed back as well.
Perhaps you would be wise to look at Persimmon complaints and legal cases pending, that before the other issues come up on bad building, unfinished properties.
The Divi scheme was devised to con people into buying PSN, and its not reflected on actual profits, and how the company performs annualy.
Expect to see the SP at £12 pound in 18 months, and buying into PSN for a fictious payment of dividend is woeful
Taverham, this bad building and fire risks will cost PSN £ Billions, and by not putting in Fire breaks and having to put them into 3500 house, that costs is over £350 million in the South west, that without paying for temp accom for people.
Imagine buying a brand new car, having an accident, and finding out the car was not fitted with the compulsory airbags.
Board overpaid bonuses ?
3200 homes in Cornwall and Devon were found to have no fire barriers and no electrical certificates up to May.
Over 265 familIes moved in to Temp Homes last year are still in Temp homes.
If you think one house per hour, then you must look at the real info, to have 265 famileies still in temp homes after 6 months, just imagine the costs PSN are picking up. Putting fire barriers in a home , even as they are built takes days.
This will run into Billions once the rest of the country as been checked and it just the tip of the iceburg
chippyjo , the dividend was announced on May 14, most investors brought in on May 20. Next years ? you going to wait about in hope of another special dividend payment of 2 Euros per share on top of the 0.57 Euros regular dividend.
As the dividend payment was uplifted and who can say it will be paid again
Taverham, forget the divi, looking at the reports on unfinished houses, fire hazzards in multiple thousands of them, and worse to come.
https://www.cornwalllive.com/news/cornwall-news/persimmon-homes-admits-dangerous-missing-2816681
Its going to cost Persimmon over £350 million in Devon and Cornwall, before you get to the rest and new inspections on properties, have prevented over 1000@ completions since, and stopping exchange of contracts on 1000,s of overs.
Will drop 10% on ex divi day. the sharp ones are those who invested at £1.96, and will exit on 24 july
$2.23 per share ex divi day, payment made on July 30 th
may be opportunity to acquire RMG shares before divi date, RMG Divi is 8% on 24 July, been acquiring over last 3 weeks.

milnrowmug As to connections and partners, 9 times out of ten they are more expensive, involve flying to destinations that are out of the way, time consumming flight connections and if say RYA EZJ plane is late for the connectecting flight with a partner " different " airline, you lose your connection $ £ and have to buy another ticket. Hence the reason for having a direct long haul flight, and if the carrier cant fullfill the obligations you are covered. Cant imagine using RYA or EZJ to connect to another carrier for long haul. Better to pay the extra premium and save the hassel if a passenger is to take those risks
RYA, EZJ dont have aircraft to fly long haul routes, Ie LAX, SFO

Very touchy about RYA, try reading, its called a learning curve!
“This award proves that the global travelers appreciate low fares, friendly service and new, more environmentally friendly aircraft,” said Bjørn Kjos, Norwegian’s Chief Executive Officer.
Norwegian scored well in this year’s Skytrax awards in general. It was voted #2 among Best Low-Cost Airlines in Europe (behind only EasyJet) and #3 among World’s Best Low-Cost Airlines, behind only AirAsia and EasyJet (beating Southwest and arch rival Ryanair, among others.)
But another airline won its category for the fifth time as well. In fact, Norwegian Air Shuttle was named "World’s Best Low-Cost Long-Haul Airline" for the fifth consecutive year.
Norwegian topped AirAsia X, Jetstar Airways, WestJet, Eurowings, Scoot, Air Canada rouge, LEVEL, Cebu Pacific and French Bee for best long-haul budget airline. Norwegian was reportedly recognized for “setting the standard in low-cost travel by providing outstanding service combined with a high-quality product while operating one of the youngest fleets in the industry.”
"This award is a fabulous recognition for all the Norwegian front-line staff who are responsible for serving customers, both in the airport and on-board environment,” said Edward Plaisted of Skytrax. “Norwegian has become a customer favorite with its long-haul low-cost concept and this award is a great customer recognition of their standard.”

Cheers Redeco, Dividend is 8.2% =17P based on SP of £2.06. Cant be bad and if the SP continues a climb, then great.
When is the dividend paid and how much is it? Must be 8% ? The SP will move up leading to the Ex Divi date?
