Fingers crossed
Unfortunately INFA have a track record of taking on expensive debt to burn shareholders...then issue really low rights issues and kill the share price. H&W is a massive liability burn and with expensive debt and no income I just don’t see the exit. In between, people might get a little bit of share pumping and herd following but let’s get a bit more technical here on the financial basis - taking in expensive debt into a dry asset with real monthly liabilities isn’t clever.
Does INFA have a secret pot of cash to pay for this?
I didn’t know Islandmagee had a shopping mall?
I was merely pointing out that here we build strong energy projects and over the pond you seem to talk, talk, talk about building new energy projects. It was a simple query - has anything happened here in years or is it all talk - just like your EU departure ?
Haven’t been on here for a while. Are you guys not finished your project yet? Sounds like nothing has happened in years. Is this project real? Here in the US we would have it finished in a week. You Brits love to talk...talk..talk
This weather must by good for grass growing on that field in Islandmagee? Will INFA get two cuts off it this year to boost income?
this is still a great field in islandmagee
...anything interesting
mcadder - it honestly wasn't a personal criticism. It is just the company has real pressing issues above the wider UK Gas industry unknowns so I wish people would be more aggressive in expressing the truth of what is going on here. The directors take everyone for fools and it is time the nomads need to start respecting shareholders as this is peoples hard earned money that they are wasting. Enough is enough with INFA - look at the share price chart...a disaster and waste of money
seriously...same old stories re Rough. Can we get something new on this board. Some detail of what is going on and if the company is going bust or if the directors are gong to issue more shares and dilute investors for the 100th time.
have they just closed the power station next to larne in carrickfergus? if there is an energy crisis why is this power station closing - there must be enough energy?
dawski37 - i like your enthusiasm but there is no government sitting in Northern Ireland to lobby.
big meeting and lots of positive back-slapping but still the share price slides. surely an agricultural field is worth more than the market cap? Has anyone checked if INFA own the field or do they just rent it?
not
I agree crl123 - i would start looking for a good forensic review into the company from this board and the prior and checking PI policies of all advisers involved. This is a disgrace and will drive the company into administration. They have constantly diluted shareholders to fund their own salaries and then when there is nothing left the company will fold.
do you know what cash reserves they have and their monthly burn rate? I would predict another cash call and dilution.
The project has a lot going for it. it is a lovely field, great grass and the views over the lough are stunning.
good job you didnt buy Setanta1....another big dip in share price. Looks like this one is a race to the bottom. Time to price what a field in islandmagee is worth??
not sure what happened...looks like sells rather than buys on the board. did you not go for it Setanta1?
i think you should fill your boots Sentanta1. Nice to hear someone positive on the buy side and thinking of investing more rather than selling and jumping ship like the others.
