Funding is the single most important considetation is business expansion is so very difficult without it .. Sell funding is dependant on clients and as said by your chairman "dependent upon clients making timely buying and implementation decisions". A bit to wishy washy for my liking T

Your research into this stock is commendable fellow my point is only this, please keep one eye on the SP, this may or may not be off the radar as you put it (although there is very little anaylists miss) and long awaited news can fall flat Re Vog ...so its good to be balanced and on eye on the SP gives you that .. T
