Well I had a call from HSBC Invest Direct today.. very agressive and at 10am on Friday morning insisting the rights issue had to be completed by midday to be valid. 1 new share for every 4 shares held so I took up the offer as it was such a low cost. Quite a few releases came out yesterday on the website.. http://cambmin.co.uk/

Ok this seems to be going a bit like a flaming session and I dont like it so lets ease up and stay friendly.. I think we all want the same end goal. I work differently and focus on fact and reaction and planning.. I love facts/figures and something I can work with which is probably why this one is so infuriating at the moment. Pisgah - when your public image starts falling apart i.e website it is never a good sign. Many companies which fold start with just this kind of thing..Yes they are cutting costs which is good but keep it clean and professional which is EASY and currently not reflected in the site. If thats overlooked what else is. SH - Your posts I understand but you need to realise if you cant post fact do not mention it as it is in the same ballpark as ramping and comes across badly. Opinion is great too of course but when its in moderation and clear. In Regards your last comment... a solution to CMR is not my problem.. I dont work for the company and I doubt anything I or you could do would make much difference to them. You may feel you are in bed with CMR and working closely in which case this forum if probably not the place for you to post in relation to that.

Indeed, which indicates problems if they have done it so rapidly as to foresake their website presence.... SH dont worry I really dont care much for anything other than fact... I am sure you can try and spin it any way you want but DYOR .. I Have...and I think its safe to say looking through past posts you are way to optimistic and I am way to realistic.

SH... the 404 happening on a site is ALWAYS a concern. It means they are no longer keeping an eye on the website as they should.. no matter what the reason, someone should have picked up on this. Its funny I had a mail yesterday replying to my original email on the 8th MAY... Just saying.. check the front page of the site for info just released... Last release was 16th May. I think someone is clearing their mail folder... and I think its before they leave for good as the site is now showing 404 errors and definitely not looking legitimate.

What is fair play ? CMR didnt pay what they had to so BC have them over a barrel... If this is the scenario BC dont "have" to do anything they dont want to..within reason of course...

This definitely seems to have slipped down hill a little. At the moment its all wind and water and speculation which makes it difficult for anyone to come onboard to the company. I am sure progress is being made but is it 1 step forward 2 steps back ? Its difficult when they are not listed and I cant see anything on this happening during the summer. I have seen "soon" "almost ready" and how "much choppy water" can we expect. We are almost in May... If BC dont want money but want Quintana they surely get what they want... they hold the purse strings. That said they could have scuttled CMR in JAN but havent.

Never known to me... but it may well have happened. I think its safe to say "assumption is the mother of all fvcuk ups.." and assume only makes an "ass" out of "u" and "me" Judging by the odd editing of this board and the various posts I stand by my "this is going nowhere stance... I have money invested here and really want it back.. but I dont see any way out at the moment...In markets confidence if everything and there is "NOTHING" giving confidence here..

"zip" is the bottom line. As the shares cannot be traded now or at any time in the near future they really arent worth anything, hence a group of us wouldnt amount to much. I can predict the next posts btw.. "I have someone in the know who says it will relist soon and go up up up" "now is the time for CMR" "My friend on the board says they are almost ready" "I have researched and lots of faith" I am sorry if this sounds down beat but I have heard it all before. If its fact its news and post it. If not its rumour and underhand and also insider info... neither of which we want here.

You are VERY hopeful on this which is great but nothing is coming forward which would encourage anyone else. I have 100 percent written these off. Maybe in different market conditions this could have came off but for them to get financial support today will be very difficult for anyone no matter how good things "might be"

OOoo now that is a very good idea ! A Fantasy Share league....

Seismic Imaging etc is highly accurate...as in "as accurate as you can get" with modern day analysis they can tell what all solids and liquids are with a huge degree of accuracy. I dont have any stats but I wouldnt think there is much room for debate/failure with modern surveys as science can tell the difference nowadays.
