Lenz - Fair Market Value can oly be obtained if we know ALL the facts and we dont so what is ludicrous about walking away from it when we are overdue the twice withheld MRE2 which will give us more of a clue what is there and proven. Im fully aware of the 5% terms and fully aware that the MRE2 should have been disclosed in December 2021 then by February and now by the end of this year WHATS FAIR ABOUT THAT LENZ. Timber - The first MRE1 was December 2020 the MRE2 was supposed to be December 2021 then delayed till Mid February - I thought you were well researched.
No one knows on this board what we are worth, Bamps is about the only one who I would believe could get close to what is down there, but NO I dont believe no one knows how much Havieron is worth. Just like they didnt know what Telfer was actually worth as they are still finding more Gold in new areas now. Unless you have different research to the rest of us that is which I do not believe. Tell us all what you know that explains exactly why NCM have delayed the MRE2 twice now and why we should still be in a position to accept an offer If put on the tables tomorrow without knowing the MRE2 and what size of Gold mine we have actually got so far. Independent bodies look at information available at the time of negotiation if the MRE2 isn’t available then it possibly won’t be considered. Not worth the risk. FMV needs both parties to be on side and playing the game and NCM clearly are not and I’m convinced the further down the line we go I’m sure they have been implicit in our SP demise

How can arbitration calculate FMV with drill results and the MRE2 being withheld.

It’s not all about SD being aware of the true value it’s about us PI investors also knowing what’s down there. How can we approve an offer if we don’t know the true extent

Because it would be better if NCM knew SD had the backing of 80% of its shareholders in refusing the 5%. SD was not aware and taken aback when SB announced the MRE2 wasn’t going to happen that to me doesn’t sit right

I’ve been reading the comments over the past few days and believe Sean Day should now refuse the FMV valuation for 5% as we are not seeing a fair market appraisal due to the lack and purposely holding back the MRE2 by Newcrest. There are no other options and one we should all insist happens. Pull out of the deal and force his hand

SD would be better off RNS that without the MRE2 declaration then there could be no fair value negotiations and the 12 month buy in period has already started ticking so SB needs to pull his finger out. Even better still announce that and also release a GGP MRE2 and ask NCM to disprove it

NCM are clearly delaying and playing games, they have had their opportunity and wish to delay. I would like SD to announce OUR thoughts on the MRE2 and make those public to ALL to see and throw out some figures so the BIGGER BOYS might want to join the negotiations. This alone will force NCM to play ball and treat us more fairly if they know they could lose the other 30% and have to share probably the biggest Gold rush area in present times maybe with a competitor.
