We all purchased for the 30% of HV and other potential assets, so if we get it all its a massive bonus, why argue? We all were here for 30% and thats not changed just a potential 70% more plus Telfer or we have a different partner who has to accept our JV terms

You jest when you say GGP days are past, they have a massive potential future as does OMI when We get it all back and GGP do the same. Don’t forget they have a very safe jurisdiction and an already incredible find with lots more to prove up. OMI massive advantage though is number of shares in issue

Is Newmont still abiding by the original JV terms for the 70% ownership. Shouldnt we have had a few more steps completed like FS and DTM etc etc and if these are not completed are they in default prior to sale. It certainly seems like they have halted on HV
