The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
If it is proven Agnico are trying to shaft us then yes pull out of the agreement as they have not carried it out to the letter of the law and holding us like this is wrong. I think the deal was put together prior to Brad and Louis involvement so although many think they are useless they didnt broker the deal as far as I know
Late trade just gone through at 7.3 not a biggy in number. Im trying to find on Ortex what the short position is does anyone have access to see if its up or down please seems you have to join/pay to see
Nah I’ve been making my point and discussing with other like minded investors, what have you done knobber……nothing so do one somewhere else you big brave boy
96dc2 - is that aimed at me ?
SAS - Cheers you too
SAS its allot less than 302,000,000 though isnt it. So the genius who found HV only had options of up to 100M from what I can see. Thats the reason I think this self awarded Share purchase is excessive and not a hard target to smash through. But hey once we surpass 38.5p and higher I wont care to be honest, just a little bit galling after his handling of the do we or dont we fiasco and near on 30% drop after.
SAS I never gave approval - actually Callum Gervaise and not so much Alex but they were in control when they actually found HV were they not ? Callum was especially so yes he deserves the shares as he found it. It may have been a bit before my time as I cant recall the amount of shares they received can you?? Was it anywhere near 302,000,000 be interested to know
sas at 632 million additonal shares being granted and purchased at knock down prices i would hope it was more than £300m mc increase as the share value alone at 38p is eye watering. at 11.9p thats £75m and at 38p thats £240m which is a massive part of the increase wouldnt you agree. all becasue he has done his job that he is very well paid to do in the first place, hence why i would not of expected the will i raise or not **** up and uncertainty allowed to fester for weeks and weeks killing the sp down to a comfortable level for a nice pat on the back with not so challeging figures to achieve 302,000,000 shares on the cheap.
SAS - Yep loads told me to sell at the high but I still believe this will go higher as I still do than 38p with the Gold in the Ground and other tenements/JV. Hence why I purchased near to a Million additional shares since that time. Not against incentives but not at an uncentivised price that our brokers are saying we should already be nearly 50% higher already. You are paid to do a job - WELL PAID - so do the job, succeed then ask your Sharholders for a bonus ONCE you have succeeded as your wage should be sufficient in the first place to actually do the job employed to cary out. Dont just award it to yourself because you can THATS FEATHERING YOUR OWN NEST.
Rotherby hold on £507K is incentive enough in my eyes to work your b'alls off to make YOUR job a success, if you werent incentivised enough at that rate of pay then you do not deserve such a highly paid job. Employees should only be rewarded once succesfull and 11.9p is not succesfull in my books. Being from a Sales background for 38 years I know about incentives and upward Sales projections and not being rewarded for failure. This is exactly that. If you do not earn your salary doing the job your employed to do then you shouldnt be employed in the first place. Yes have the option to buy cheap shars but only when you have hit a target that is challenging, not one you were intrumental in causing i.e drop from a recovered 9p to 6p due to poor RNS. Its a bit like me selling £3m one year then it dropping to £1m then asking for a SH'te load of commision as Ive worked hard if it goes back to £1.5m. Life only works this way in AIM Shares it would appear
£507,000 to be precise what Shaun Day earnt, that my friend is more than enough for a Company earning nothing at present. Do we get to vote on this NO, as shareholders and ultimate owners we should vote on this not take the flannel of it will boost our coffers if they do purchase. Dont agree with this at all and beginning to change my view on Mr Day who I thought up to now has probably earnt his £507K yearly salary. To note average CEO Salary in the UK is £197K according to Google but most of those Companies will be earning significantly.
SAS I have feathered my own nest and averaged UP not down actually. All this while Shaun Day put out a lousy RNS declaring he may or may not have to do a raise on ASX listing and collapsed the SP which was to be fair recovering around 9p from memory. Was that reply OK for you. Or should I go further that my holding since Shaun has been in charge has gone from £2.4M to around £490K and he wants to congratulate himself by giving a large WIndow to retrospectively purchase shares at a knock down price of 11.9p when brokers say its worth 18p. I say get it over the 38p should be the target and you are paid enough in your basic wage for the rest of the work.
I for one dont like the idea of these options at 11.9p and the ability to restropsectively purchase them once the price goes way past. They are paid a more than adequate wage on a highly diminishing share price its got to be the only system you are rewarded for a lower Market Cap. Yes they should be rewarded once the SP reached an all time high not 6 or 7p lower than the 18p predicted they should be worth at present. Just doesnt sit well for me feathering their own nests, do it when their is something to feather.
Come on Shaun should read :)
Looks like the gang are selling into the rise AGAIN forcing the price lower. Copme one Shaun release the drill results and blow them away
No Clown attire made me giggle - HONK HONK
Thank you GGP nice end to a good week, now a rerate on good Scally drills and Rio would be perfect next week before Mr Day arrives. GLA all and PS DAVIE007 keep your 3.7K Im up £70,059 today alone, not a trader an Investor CHEERS happy clapping :)
Wonder if its the shorters heavily selling into the market trying to keep the price down again seems they have sold 4m so far this morning. who in their right mind would sell after that news
Its an independant valuation so gospel as far as the buy out goes so is the only true valuation so far be it right or wrong very wrong :). Its what wil be required and has been put into place really because if its any different then the NCM shareholders would not be too best pleased if they have been done short. So far NCM did us a huge favour not taking the 5% option as they wanted to bust us and now they havent done the updated MRE and done us what could be the biggest favour this century. GLA go get em SD
If we picked up Telfer and 100% of HV for $500m how much would the golden Tickets be worth.............anyone help on this calculation, my calculator just says Sh+t loads :)
