The FDA has provided Synairgen with guidance on the Phase III clinical study to support the potential registration of SNG001 for the treatment of COVID-19. The Company plans to file an IND application as soon as possible to allow the Phase III study to be initiated. Synairgen will continue to work closely with the FDA as development continues.

Interactions with the European Medicines Agency ("EMA") are ongoing.

On 14 October 2020 the Company was informed by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) that the Phase III trial has been badged in the UK as Urgent Public Health and will be recognised as a National Priority study. Notwithstanding this, the commencement of the trial will still be subject to normal regulatory and ethical approvals.

So no investment from the UK government, predictable but still poor. However 20 governments on board with phase 3, one assumes.

Regulators, seems as if talks may have guided SNG towards full phase 3.

I’m expecting news soon, 15th or 16th for the EMA Prime is possible. Also, I expect to hear news from other regulators/governments, my timeline is “great” news by end of November. Obviously could come a lot sooner, all in my opinion.

Based on governments/regulators wanting to be certain in safety/efficacy in treatments for Covid. EUAs haven’t exactly been dished out in big numbers for products yet, I think the “second wave” of approvals may have global agreements in place.

Big news, a big update, approval, partnership, etc will be needed to get the price where we all want it to be. I think October will be the month. Many here have shown great patience over the last two months.

Not much longer to go IMO GLA.

I’ll be happy to see the back of September (SP has tanked). Hopefully in October we can celebrate big news.

£3 LOL. It’s a nice update however it’s not the BIG news I’m hoping for. It does however point us in the right direction of what is going to happen next. Good times ahead.

A little more patience will still be required.
