New Company Established by Former Petrofac CEO Acquires Three Businesses Serving Offshore Wind Industry

Former Petrofac CEO Ayman Asfari and colleagues have established Venterra Group Plc, a company providing services to the offshore wind industry, which acquired FoundOcean, Osbit, and Gavin & Doherty Geosolutions (GDG).

Has anyone had any correspondence off Barclays stockbrokers regarding the open offer thanks.

I sold 1 quarter of my investment yesterday afternoon and brought it back today but still want the open offer entitlement on the other 3 quarters as they were brought before the 25th, phoned barclays and they told me they would be in touch when the offer is available, here's hoping.

Just brought my open offer shares through the company shares scheme today however after a phone call to barclays stockbrokers enquiring about shares held with them they were very vague about shares available to me on the open offer with them, is anyone else having a problem with barclays stockbrokers by any chance as I do not trust them.

If they sell now they won't be entitled to the rights issued shares.

The court closed the books on this tumultuous chapter in Petrofac's history with a £77m fine, which will be paid off in two chunks in January and February 2022. That will be a relief, given the far higher figures that were bandied about at the start of the investigation, and should be more than manageable given that at last check Petrofac had access to liquidity worth £0.9bn so why on earth would they go for an equity fund raise and dilute the value of the company at this stage with future contracts building up.
