If the deal was off think you would have seen a much larger and faster drop on higher volume think what you have here is uncertainty with the deal taking longer than hoped and the buying pressure isn't there because the money is on the sidelines ATM

Hang on to them ophir's in for a big year

I'm a holder of ophir energy and smdr had been linked with a takeover merger deal, heard the rumors for a while now. Our CEO was a member of your board a while back too I think. Nothing concrete but ophir have stated openly they are after a deal that would get them producing assets now as they aren't going to sell anything until 2017. They recently had two merger proposals turned down by premier oil so they are definitely sniffing around

Since I sold haven't kept up to date much with evraz, did they ever pay out on their primes to kick back proceeds from the sales of assets to the shareholders?? Was proposed after results last November time I think. I sold out shortly after in the 130s. Hope this comes back for everyone involved here this is a good company, can't believe steel isn't coming back strongly yet. If anything is due a rerate it's steel
