I hear you Gordon, I read it as coupled with 0.35m raised mid March, as mention some of this would go to debt reduction. Either way, good it’s taken care of.

Which I should add often is the case for big companies with strong due diligence process (and plenty of cash to spend). Why I didnt sell at recent spikes.

In my view, I believe the raising is telling us something is coming. I do not see why they otherwise would settle Series D loan now already, seeing it was only recently extended until end of June unless. I bet it’s a requirement from new partner, clean books - my thoughts

Ps not intending to brag about my holding, more so you understand I am well invested currently and have been holding shares here since a couple of years.

It’s been widely discussed. My view, currently sitting on shares worth more than 1% of the mcap, is I have 0 concern about this. Placing for investment reason, rather than e.g what airlines raise for currently, which is simply to cover fixed costs. My view ;)

And Series D loan due end of June default risk gone. Plenty of positives if care to look under the covers.
