I would disagree with that analysis. still possible to raise funds subject to sh approval, by consolidation and issueing new shares.
Of course you shares are near worthless
“Share price now down 75% YTD, this is a fantastic outperformance over last year when it took 12 months to drop by this much.”
yous aint tseen nutin yet.
Is it really gonna rise on news?
maybe a relief rally , but how llong itll last?
until bergin is gone, this is gonna struggle no matter the news.
If theyre not delivering heads should roll.
there is no free carry , thanks to shareholder cash.
Prem mit is probably the only entity with power.
all we can do is sell our shares, so well done the person who sold their shares, at least they were acting on their thoughts.
I think they have a chance if they can convert the warrants at 6p.
Of course im not optimistic about this, as only a few months earlier the management said it would be easy to convert the warrants at a much higher price.
As i said before, i will judge the company very successful if they can bring in the warrants money( even at the now lower price).
Delist? youre late. This has been metioned for some time now.
Interesting - yes.
But it seems even with an open goal , they somehow manage to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
Time will tell.
That is the bear case.
but the bull case is that bergin’ is needed to provide the liquidity to sustain a rise. ie bulls are expecting some damn good news.
Surely given the tight knit Israeli business community, Levi can persuade one of them to invest and get Bergen out.
Or Silcom to buy all of it out? New managment needed.
Dont forget the lube in your sketch!!
Dont forget the lube!
Aposter called joinednow makes this point on the advfn bb. ithought it a valid point.
“I dont know why they need $15 m of revenue next year”
i dont think its such a good idea making such bold predictions.
At a share price of 3p , enet is a penny share.
we want to see good growth, but also lots of cash comming into the business.
this surely is the way to nurse enet back to health, not making BOLD predictions about revenue.
Perhaps they needs some help in showing them how to get out of this situation? They easily get themselves ino it , but it is not so easy for them to see the ‘path’ back out , so perhaps we as ‘investors ‘ need to be more vocal in shining a light so they can see the path.
Eg. stop the death spiral, get bergin out, and then talk to techinvest and the mail.
I think the chance of losing ‘ALL’ your money is low, as their funding me hanism will potentially dilute then consolidate ad infinitum.
More likely a similar scenario which is a de-listing, then you have a new problem. Will your broker allow you to keep your shares? or will they require you to sell them? greedy mm awaiting!!!
I think the message I am getting from Mr Newland ( if you read between the lines ) is that the company is already up for sale. Bids invited. Especially so as he can laugh at shareholder questions.
One of the worst companies on any exchange bar mpl ports.
Glad I sold my holding and got something for them
Perhaps a bidder is circling, who will be the one to update their webpage with a new name. No point in Angle plc updating the page.
At this share price, a bidder must be licking their lips. £100m + of researsch spent, commercial relations developed, FDA clearance, which they can buy for £63m.
sure you knew buba!
youve been royally shagged up the **** agin and agin!
Sure you sold buba!muppet ( with lower case )
green fingers eh.
An exceptionally disappointing share price performance.
Omg ! Another load of fees for CONsultants. For what highly paid bod should be capable.
