Once again he’s called the wrong option with the RMT. Now it appears the Teachers, NHS, British Airways, BT even Barristers are going to be taking industrial action at a similar time. Almost a General strike. Maybe even that will happen.

Agree Phil. Germany were blinded by the prospect of cheaper gas through Nordstream2. Gazprom could offer it cheaper as there were no transit fees paid to Ukraine and Georgia as they could basically shut those old expensive pipelines down.

For me this war was always about N2. Putin hoping he could walk in and replace the government within days and annexe the pipelines. Then Europe had no choice but to use N2.

Instead N2 is now redundant and Germany reliance on Russian energy by the end of the year will be negligible compared to the start of the war.

If anything this war has opened everyone’s eyes to the control Putin was starting to build over Europe and energy supply.

On other sites there was the spectre of the loan being paid in shares at 15p as per the prospectus but AW has headed that off by recently saying MBU have agreed to now 60p per share which is Brilliant for BEN and AW said they now have the option to pay the total £7 million in cash if they wish. Totally heading off the pessimistic notion that there would be a 70 million share issue in the future.
