- Price will get pushed to 12p pre offer
- Price rise will partly be driven by Dmitry doubling his holding through director on market purchases financed with pre existing personal banking facilities, this will begin when the nomad clears him to do so - further RNS's to clear the directors.
- Predcited offer at 24p per share
