Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
I see that n4aPound has finished licking its wounds and come crawling back. How’s the average? 95p? 33p? Or has it changed once again? Given the timescales, i’d guess it’s somewhere around 10p now? You should be happy :-)
Is this not reference to the non-binding offer RNS’d on Wednesday 1st May?
My mistake. Most people's 'break even' point would be to recover everything that they've ploughed into a share in whatever timeframe. Mine certainly is. 30p on Sound, in case you care.
To be in your situation, I guess you've been buying high and selling low for a while. No wonder you sound so bitter and angry. Good luck.
Just saying :)
n4aPound,
I'll remind you:
Last Thursday
"sensible guy, i may have said that, but I am not a trader a all.
nursing heavy losses, I need a sale price of at least 95p to get back everything that I put into sound energy over the years...."
Yesterday
"seaton my average is approx 33p...not that high, but not likely to even break even which is a nuisance"
n4aPound,
Why don't you answer the question that you were asked yesterday? I believe it was along the lines of how your average on this share has astonishingly changed from 95p to 33p in a week?!?
Annual General Meeting
What I don't understand is why you would state a timeframe for initial stimulated results being available in an RNS if you don't intend releasing them? Why not just say that full testing will take 30-40 days and leave it at that?
The wording suggests to me the intention to release the initial stimulated results. If that's the case, and they started the frac within a couple of days of the 8th May RNS, we can expect the initial results any day now.
All IMO
Is it?!?
In that case we're all doomed :)
Welcome. I'm probably just getting overexcited :)
I guess it depends on how you define 'late March' If, like me, you think of it as the period 20th - 31st then that's an 11 day window. It'll be 14 days on Wednesday since we received the unstimulated tests RNS.
Fingers crossed!!
"Stimulated production flow tests will then follow in late March, over the most prospective reservoir zones, and are expected to take at least 30 days. The Company expects the initial post stimulation flow rate around end March."
The full stimulated test programme is 30 - 40 days. However, a previous RNS stated that initial stimulated results should be known within roughly 2 weeks of the start of stimulation. If they're going to release them then it could well be this week IMO.
The RNS states that unstimulated tests would commence mid March. Stimulated tests would start in late March and expect initial stimulated results around end March. If all went to plan, that’s a 10/11 day timeframe for stimulation and initial tests / results. That would make them due early next week. Fingers crossed!!
Apologies, I meant initial stimulated.
Absolutely. Initial unstimulated results on Tuesday. IMO
The actual stimulation of the well should, all being well (excuse the pun), take no more than a few days. According to previous RNS, we can expect initial stimulated results roughly 2 weeks after the start of stimulation. IMO we will receive the initial stimulated results by Wednesday next week.
If you're so sure that JP's mates 'got out' maybe you could answer the question posed by Orangeviking, below?
Thanks little_earn. Appreciate the info.
I was just taking a look at this share, and had a question. Are the 16a and 16aZ mentioned in recent RNS one and the same? Or two separate wells? If one and the same, what's coming next on the operational side for the company?
Many thanks
Thanks ps200306. That makes a lot of sense. Fingers crossed for some good news on unstimulated results next week then :-)
