Less of agamble than most shares on AIM. A deal has been agreed subject to DD. Clearly at time of RNS GST thought there wouldn't be any issues else why announce they weren't going for a licence in their own name. I expect DD and signing of sale contract will be done next week. Major unkown is when will they get licence transfer approval from the FCA. We could get three RNSs for the three activities above or maybe one depending upon how well FCA approval is going.

I agree we will get there just correcting incorrect post by Delacey. If they have stopped their own application they must be confident and hopefully all sorted in November.

The relevant bit - date quoted only refers to DD Completion of the Acquisition is conditional, inter alia, on final due diligence, which is expected to be completed by GST by 31 October 2021, and also on GST obtaining approval from the FCA for the change of control of Angra, a regulated entity. Further announcements will be made on the progress of the Acquisition in due course.

Which RNS said licence by 31st of October, The last one said DD would be done by then. The FCA have to approve transfer of the licence to GST - is that process underway or will it start after DD and GST decide to proceed with the purchase. Licence could be months away as in hands of FCA.

When a share rises you get people coming on the BB to try and get it higher. What is odd here is that so many supposed LTHs want the price down -nonstop decamping by them today.
An RNS wasn’t expected so why the panic?

This is a weird BB. People who claim to own shares dissing their company is a bit unusual. Maybe they were the ones who pumped the share, sold, waiting for the dump and buying back in. The likes of JonesRichard are only here for fun and always post on BB where the price has risen.

This seems to be the first ever share not to see its SP drop when jonesrichard arrives.

M&Ms are getting very predictable. If brave sell at 330pm and buy back at 830am and gain a few per cent.
