Our Slingo games portfolio is now live and available to play with a new operator: BetCity.nl, through our partners at ORYX Gaming. We’re pleased to have another operator offering our content in the Dutch market, and hope to share the Slingo magic with even more players! ??
So far the expanded sales and marketing team haven't delivered much value 10 new customers this year so far
It's hard to gauge when there is so little information on contract valuations are these new customers bigger clients so the process of onboarding take longer , how much cross selling to existing clients a financial metric would be good
as well as a monthly client wins update number
The intriguing part is why William Currie and Sir Terry have invested and I assume willing to invest again in the next accounting period they obviously see something they like maybe the pipeline of orders , maybe weshop underpins some of the valuation of BrandShield but that's subjective to the share price at the time so hard to value
I would expect ARR to exceed expectations for the year
With the expanded sales push, we shall see
Pleased to announce that our Slingo games are now available with another operator in New Jersey, U.S.A. - Tipico - North America! ???? We’d like to thank Ryan Doner Alex D. Rainer Feldbacher Rajul Philip Forster Davide Colosimo Craig Falciglia, and everyone at Tipico who worked on this launch ??

Not impressed with this bit either
Given the pace of growth within the Company and the Board's stated strategy of continuing to aggressively target client conversion and ARR growth, it is likely that the Company will engage in further fundraising activity within the next accounting period. This will be tailored to opportunities to expand as they present themselves. The Board is confident that access to such funding will be available from recent strategic investors should that need arise. As such, the Directors are confident that this funding will continue and consider that the Group will have access to adequate resources to meet operational requirements for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. On this basis, the Directors have formed a judgement, at the time of approving the Financial Statements, that there is a reasonable expectation that the Group has access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the Directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the Financial Statements.

BetMGM has launched its Detroit Red Wings Slingo at BetMGM Casino in Michigan, a title that leverages branding from the hockey franchise.
Coming off the back of a multi-year partnership between BetMGM and the Detroit Red Wings signed in October 2020, the game – which was built with BetMGM partner Gaming Realms – uses the traditional 75-ball Slingo format to allow players to match numbers on the five-by-five grid and move up the pay ladder.
“Detroit Red Wings Slingo appeals to die-hard fans of this great and historic hockey franchise, and we’re glad to be able to connect our players in Michigan to their favourite team,” remarked Oliver Bartlett, Director of Gaming at BetMGM.
“Thanks to our great partners in the Red Wings and Gaming Realms, we’ve added this exclusive Slingo experience to our market-leading portfolio of more than 500 games.”
The deal between the sports betting and igaming operator and the Red Wings includes an on-ice BetMGM logo at Little Caesars Arena, venue signage, fan promotions and a sponsored presence on the team’s digital platforms.
Additionally, through the BetMGM Stats Module on the District Detroit mobile app, fans and bettors receive the latest odds and player statistics.
Craig Falciglia, Director of Business Development at Gaming Realms, added: “We are delighted to continue our partnership with BetMGM and to build upon the momentum we’ve created in Michigan, the second state to offer our games.
“We look forward to working with BetMGM to welcome Red Wings fans to our Slingo games.”

Interesting to see more corporate action in the iGaming space LONDON, April 11, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology PLC (NYSE: IGT) ("IGT") today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire iSoftBet, a leading igaming content provider and third-party game aggregator, for approximately €160 million in cash. The markets have reacted well to the Ontario statement, sending Gaming Realms shares up by 17% to 28.5p. This follows the shares falling to a 14 month low of 22.5p amongst the current market malaise. However, they remain well off last April’s high of c.47p.
We currently have a peer EV/EBITDA multiple based target price of 53.13p for the shares, implying 86% upside. We are happy to retain our target for now and also flag that we continue to believe Gaming Realms could be on the radar as a potential target for a larger player looking to expand its games portfolio and improve margins. Corporate activity in the sector remains high, with three of the companies in our peer analysis now having been acquired in recent months.

Gaming Realms, the creator and licensor of innovative games for mobile, has continued its international expansion with the award of an iGaming Supplier licence in Ontario, Canada. Subsidiary Alchemybet Limited will now be able to supply the company’s Slingo Originals game content within the province upon opening of the regulated iGaming market on 4th April this year, with preparations for this being made.
Gaming Realms’ flagged its proposed entry into Ontario in its interim results last year and attracted attention with the statement that Ontario, …“has the potential to be a bigger market for Gaming Realms than any one of the U.S. states that have regulated so far”. With a population of 15 million Ontario is larger than any state within the U.S. that is currently licensed for iGaming. The company believes it is reasonable to expect that revenues will be higher than New Jersey, Michigan or Pennsylvania, the U.S. states where it is currently supplying its Slingo Originals content.
Gaming Realms also added a brief statement on current trading, stating that 2022 has started well, with revenues in excess of management’s expectations.
ASSESSMENT
Another good development from Gaming Realms as its continues with its strategy to gain operating licences in new territories worldwide and bring its Slingo content to new audiences. It follows; entry into the regulated Romanian iGaming market last November through a partnership agreement with Superbet; going live with games in the newly regulated Dutch market in December under the Jack’s Casino and Sports brand and; entry this year into the regulated Spanish market with long-term partner Gamesys under its Monopoly and Botamania brands.
As mentioned, Ontario is a potentially huge market for iGaming. A recent report from analysts at VIXIO GamblingCompliance suggested that the Ontario online market will see gross gaming revenue of C$3.27 billion (US$2.6 billion) by its fifth year of operation in 2026. That would make it the third-largest regulated online market in North America behind the more mature U.S. markets of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
We also welcome the comments on current trading, these coming a few weeks after Gaming Realms confirmed that results for 2021 are expected to be in line with market expectations. Revenues for the year are expected to be up by 27% at c.£14.5 million, with adjusted EBITDA up by 70% at c.£5.6 million as a result of continued growth in the core licensing business. For 2022 we are currently looking for revenues to grow to £20.8 million and EBITDA to £8 million but will review our forecasts when the full year results are released in the week commencing 25th April.
