There have been numerous RNS recently that are setting accounts in order. This is typically what companies do in advance of acquiring a new debt facility or something of the sort. This would seem to imply they are getting ready for the completion of the Vanchem acquisition.
Whether or not the meeting is actually regarding the acquisition is unknown. But given the timing of the recent RNS' there is speculation that it may. One aspect that was being waited on was approval from the industry competition regulators, not really sure what you call them.
According to the recent interview posted here Vanchem is producing 1000mtv per year. They plan to increase this to 4200mtv. The acquisition is pending completion with the last date for it to go through on 31st October.
Whilst also not over shooting and leaving room for vrfb uptake. The vanadium proce recovery has already started in China, it seems now that Europe may be beginning to turn too. Could be an exciting few months ahead. Fortune himself said he looks forward to a stronger H2 than H1.
4% down on circa 350k shares traded. We've had singular trades larger than that that had no effect on trading. This is about 0.003% of the total shares. How they manage to extrapolate that to a move that effects the mcap by 4% is beyond me.
My outlook for Fdev is at least 5 years ahead. Im thinking of when they are consistently releasing two games per year, out-sourcing to other devs and publishing other devs games, maybe even an aquisition or two. If people on aim are willing to invest on that time frame then this price would be a very attractive buy in price looking back.
No you havent missed anything. Likely the wider market impacts, Trump, Brexit and the dropping value of the pound. Trump has also blamed video games for the nass shootings, which may have created some alarmist reactions.
Planet Zoo is looking to be quite a revolutionary game. The animals will be the best that have ever been released in any game before, both in how they look and how they behave. Revenue for the financial year 2018 was at the top of broker estimates. All is looking good from a fundamental perspective. This nay be a good opportunity to accumulate or lower your average. Just my opinion of course.
They are apparently capable of producing vanadium pentoxide at small levels. The process of recovery is very different to that at vametco though, their vanadium is dissolved in pond solutions. Their primary product is uranium.
Good thing that BMN are also building their own micro-grid at Vametco. The benefit should be two fold. It should ensure that any future load shedding issues with Eskom cannot effect Vametco (which to date haven't effected it anyway), it can also show case VRFB tech.
What with the current state of Eskom I wouldn't be surprised if businesses across SA were lining up to buy microgrids and batteries from BE.
I never saw said post. I have been referring to your other posts here. You are backing up and playing fiddle to a previous known troll with Inner Harmony. That, along with your tweets, is enough to know that you do not have the investors best interests at heart here.
Negatives have been discussed many times here. What's the point in us all standing around discussing what "might" go wrong. You can say the same for any share. No-one is silenced for wanting to debate topics genuinely and seriously. Clear and returning trolls are another matter.
I'm gonna need a bigger scoop for all of this bull faeces. It's really piling up this evening. Don't insult our intelligence here CC by trying to claim that you are not here to cause disruption. Many here can see your twitter posts which are clear in their intention.
