Have you ever posted any genuinely useful information about AGL? I have posted links to presentations, links to news paper articles etc. etc, etc. You don't seem to have posted anything of use? All you seem to do is complain about other posters, especially me!!! LOL!

You seem to bring nothing to the AGL board apart from attacking me. If you look back at your own posts you will see what I mean.

Demonstrate reasonably increased sales, good progress on the FDA application and the NHS roll outs which we expect to happen within 6 months. Then the sp will move up to say more like 4p and any fund raise will be just slightly (less if you want to take part). At least 6 moths from now. So place your bets. I think any fund raise will be loads higher than the current sp and that is what matters.

A few years back Angle raised a load of money to promote the selling of their new Parsortix machine. It can catch live circulating tumour cells (CTC's) which can then be analysed for up to date information about a person’s cancer. Sales of the machine were very disappointing, and a load of money was lost. Reason being developing the assays (tests) to analyse the CTC's is very expensive. Large Pharma Co's for the most part clearly were not willing to spend the money (thus putting cancer research back months if not more than a year IMHO). Shame on them. So, Angle was forced to do the assays themselves, and here we are. Eisai Inc. and Astrazeneca thus far are Angle's main clients. The data from studies over the last few years puts Angle in a fantastic position now. In fact, I suspect as they themselves use the Parsortix machine as a service to the industry there is a chance Angle may stop selling them as other Co's could (if they spent the money!) do their own assays and so compete with Angle............!

CtDna analysis is already offered by loads of Companies. One of the mains ones being Illimina who already have some contratcs with the UK's NHS. They are massive in the USA. The term CtDna confuses things. From the WWW:-

"ctDNA. Small pieces of DNA that are released into a person’s blood by tumor cells as they die. A sample of blood can be used to look for and measure the amount of ctDNA and identify specific mutations (changes) in the DNA. ctDNA is being used as a biomarker to help diagnose some types of cancer, to help plan treatment, or to find out how well treatment is working or if cancer has come back. Also called circulating tumor DNA.".

Angle's Parsortix machine can catch live circulating tumour cells (CTC's). Complete cancerous cells that can be found in the blood of people who have cancer. They can be analysed for proteins and RNA that simply are NOT present in CtDna. They have discovered that applying the same analysis to CTC's at the same time as the CtDNA reveals additional complimentary vital information about a persons cancer. For instance sometimes biomarkers are found in CTC's that are not found in CtDNA, meaning targeted cancer treatment may not be offered when in fact is should.
