Firstly, thank you for being something of a contrarian in a sea of wishful thinking. Don't stop.
That said much is subjective. yes valuations should be conservative but i believe there is limited downside notwithstanding any vaccine is applicable whenever. the pandemic has pushed over what was a tottering economic edifice; we are enetring a whole new era.
You are right to point out that financing is the key issue and the track record to date has been "disappointing"
And yes the political risks are self-evident.
But at 2p - for people with risk appetite, it is worth a punt
For good order declaration. I bought in just under 1p and sold 25% of it today at 2p just to take some profit. I hope it achieves its potential but is wholly speculative. It is what it is.
My own view is that the management is the key component in many such ventures
and as someone who remembers, for example, the Oz rabbit warren "salting"scam in WA back in the day, (later popularised by Bre-X), there are lot of dodgy dealings in this sector, caveat emptor. (note: for clarity, not suggesting it applies here)
