For all those who posted that PI votes are irrelevant, this RNS begging for our votes couldn't be more clearer just how important our votes are. Clearly the BOD felt the need to send out this message to us because they need our votes to counter BHP'S dirty tricks.

Folks had hoped that the meger would bring stability. Clearly that didn't happen. BHP don't like Scott and is causing trouble. This now confirms that Scott hadn't made any progress in developing a good relationship with BHP.

I think Lord Braggart has left the building after buying 100k at 8.18 on a T20 and bragged about how clever he was with that purchase.

I don't know Fort, Bob is my kind of Canadian who will come out fighting. It will be a soap opera for sure at the agm. No wonder they don't want us to attend.

Interesting to read the position of big shareholders when it comes to voting. It would appear that some don't like Scott. I voted for NM, my favourite Aussie after Kylie:)

I also voted against 10, 11 and 12. Smacked of snouts and troughs to me. Fun and games to ease the pain of the falling SP. I fear that 6p will be here because markets doesn't like legal issues.

We know that BHP wants to hurt us so that they can pick us up on the cheap. It has been said that DC is BHP's man. Is this case part of BHP's strategy to cause trouble for solg?

So, Scott is leading a struggling company? Surely any potential buyer will want all legal issues resolved before inking a deal. These kind of case can go on for years. If solg decides to settle out of court, we can take that as a sign that a deal is near and that the BOD doesn't want any hindrance. If the BOD decides to fight, then we will be here for at least another 2 years which is the typical duration for resolving employment cases. Will we need to raise funding to pay the legal bills, or to pay off DC? It will be interesting to see how Scott deal with this thorn.

Hopefully Solg sought legal advice before sacking DC. I don't like the description of solg as struggling!

If we are struggling, DC was the catalyst and that he was fired with cause. He messed up the funding. If anything, we should counter sue him. He is being greedy for sure.

At the time of the merger, BHP&NC held large positions and we know that the voted against Scott. Hence, I am curious how we ended up with the Cornerstone crew running the show? I don't recall being asked to vote.

To make matters worse, he posts exactly the same posts on the other BB. I don't feel the need to filter Lord Braggart or anyone else. His posts have started to make me feel sorry for him because flooding the BBs appear to be his way of coping with boredom in his senior years.

Lord Braggart (RK) has been flooding the BB with his scenarios. It has occurred to me that the one scenario which he hasn't covered is the one where he examine whether at the age of 73+ he will still be here to witness solg being sold?

At any one time there aren't 62 people on this BB. Hence, he is clearly posting to himself. I think his mental faculties must be suspect for him, as a senior person who should be in the park feeding the birds, decides to spend his twilight years here spewing meaningless nonsense.

I have always thought that a rising SP is a manifestation of the market acknowledging that a company's business objectives are being met. So, if not the SP, how else can a company demonstrate that it is building shareholders value? After all, selling the shares is the only option available to PI to realise their value. Not sure I understand the logic of discounting the SP where shareholders value is concerned.

Optimistically Add, it could be that we are so close to a bid that communicating with us is no longer a priority.

My sneaky feeling is that come December 2024, we will still be here with no bid, diluted and guessing. After all, it was posited that we would not be here for the 2023 AGM.

That is a slap in the face Add after you have voiced your support for re-electing the BOD.

This response is basically saying we really don't care about PIs. We don't need to communicate with them, we don't need to ask for their votes, and we don't want to be placed into the position where we might need to answer questions regarding the SP. Smacks of disdain for PIs to me. They are either certain of winning, or it is share arrogance.

H, I don't know what it is about this share that attracts so many odd people. RK filtered 62+ people which leaves him posting to himself, and the others derive a lot of pleasure that PIs are hurting because the SP fell.

There are some sociopaths on this BB. The sooner we are sold, the better.

Totally agree with you Highflyigman. We are approaching endgame. For the past 3 weeks, it struck me that the ceo who promised to create shareholders value hasn't commented on the state of the SP. Further, no comments have been made regarding funding. I think that's because DDs are concluding, and we are fast approaching the point where a bid will be made. Jiangxi will be the most likely bidder IMO.

The Cornerstone shares will be placed strategically before a raise, if we get that far.
