Add, I certainly agree with you regarding Scott living in Quito. At his age, at that high altitude, plus we don't know if he has any preexisting medical conditions which comes with age, it can't be easy living there.

One thing for sure, the next 6 months will be revealing. I cannot be hard on Scott if he has to pivot to keep the company going in the absence of bids. I am just concerned about the prospect of having to wait another 6 years before we reap the rewards here. Last year Bob indicated that we should wait patiently for the expected corporate action, and that he is incentivised due to his share position. So let's hope he is on the ball.

Add, after 18 months of guessing, positing various scenarios re Scott's turnkey strategy, can I infer that the fact that we are now working on a financial package to advance Cascabel means that no one wants to buy us so we are forced to raised funds to go it alone? If one of the interested parties wanted us, there would be no need to work on a huge financial package because the bidder would take care of that themself. Am I the only one, aside from Quady who it would appear was right all along, spot this implication?

Should I infer that because solg are working on securing finance to build cascabel that no one wants to buy solg? Surely if someone was interested in buying solg, we would have received a bid and we would not now be looking for finance to become a miner.

Even I the muppet knows that shares already issued cannot cause further dilution when they finally change hands! The only applicable dilution occurred when those share were originally, initially issued.

The saving grace here is Willem's comment that the Ecuadorian minister stated that the Chinese are working on a deal to get Solaris and Solgold. We haven't seen any news that this deal has died. Hence, given we are in May with no funding confirmed, with radio silence even from Warren, something is definitely going on in the background 😉

Steady on NAL, I don't think Add was being superior. Lord Braggart yes, not Add. Further, anyone who attended Oxford or Cambridge are worthy of respect because those are our top universities, and not all of us would qualify to attend. I am a University of Liverpool graduate and the best I could hope for is to be a caddy for an OxBridge grad. Respect where respect is due. This world needs all sorts of talents to function. Aussies, Americans and Canadians are pioneers. They are the type who get things done with whatever is available. But I would rather be led by an Oxford graduate than a highly paid cleaner😆

Add, Scott hiring ST just adds to the reasons why I do not think highly of the man. Who would hire a pratt to represent a prestigious company? The guy(ST), comes across like he isn't all there.

NAL, those are excellent salaries. Why even your cleaner is making more money than Engineering university graduates at our company. I wouldn't mind a job as a driver. Away from office politics and the boddgers who think they are experts in all fields.

No SM, I am just giving credit where its due. Society tend to expect that people from poor economic backgrounds would become failures and end up in jail. It takes guts for a person from a poor family to become successful when it is much easier to turn to crime and end in jail. Hence, I admire a fighter who wanted better and pulled himself up and didn't allow his background to hider his progress. The world celebrate winners.
