Hi Specialonek. I doubt that it’s related to a takeover as the total cost of purchases is still modest however I think that LEK are now vulnerable enough and have the potential assets to warrant interest from major players in Africa. Seplat bought Eland Oil last year and LEK would be an attractive proposition at a bargain price

3m shares this time at 2.50. If it’s the same person I calculate 10m shares acquired after hours over the last 10 days.

Bought over 6 days on or after 4 30pm. Not a fortune for a normal share but big investment in LEK. Someone else confident here

Another buy after hours at 2.50. You couldn’t write it. Oh wait a minute Bigma did. Someone enjoying these late buys. Today’s not as big but there’s a pattern. The lack of noise from our BOD is deafening. Something happening here

At 2.50p and after the bell as yesterday. Not mine unfortunately but I have maintained my holding and added to average down when it was 1p plus. It’s gone quiet on here which is understandable with the lack of info from the BOD. I am still confident despite the oil price collapse. GLA and keep safe

people catching onto potential here or just following the sector rise ? Either way as a long term holder and someone a tad over reliant on this share, its a nice change to see some recovery. Dont forget that prior to the Fake Funding RNS we were trading between 4 and 5 pence.

There was a sale 300000 shares at 1.44 listed on This is Money site which must be a buy. I can’t get onto Nex. What’s going on there guys ?

Good point although do we know what the hedging situation is because the amounts could be much lower now

OML 11 at under $30 per barrel so unlike some of the Oil Companies we are still in profit without hedging

I have just reminded myself of the major shareholders here (updated From 20 JAN 20) and wonder how they will react to the latest RNS. Someone should accept responsibility and that should be the CEO. He has a significant shareholding of his own and was paid $1.7 m in 2017 incl a $500,000. I remain optimistic here and ultimately believe that the new CFO will secure the funding needed albeit not at the generous terms that the fraudulent offer quoted. Did no one think of contacting the fund source directly before issuing a finders fee ?

Well fellow frustrated LEK shareholders. We keep thinking a positive RNS will drop and there are multiple reasons to expect one, but not again today. Must be one on Monday. Someone earlier today sold a lot at 2.55 so they don’t agree. Keep positive and have a stress free weekend all
