Forgot to add, traded in approx. 360 separate trades.
Shear, you are getting increasingly tetchy, calm down - approx. 2 million shares traded, buys and sells presumably but enough of a bias to drop the Paris price by 8 cents or so - that 2 mill. is 2.5 times the number of shares traded all day during normal hours. Just saying.
French auction - looks like something's leaked, hard hats on!

'Definately a long term hold'
Are you 'H'?
BarrenDuffer, no, sell now, quick :0
Bing, just ‘French sellers selling, French buyers buying’ (shades of sharehunter3!)
I’m intrigued as to why Paris is suddenly pricing to fractions of a cent, takes some getting used to, visually speaking.
Come on, Wolverine007, you can't just melt away into the morning mist, come and take your deserved bow in front of a standing ovation!

WBAFC, meet your new poster pal, Pancho666 - the devil is in the detail.
Trouble, you should shout that out in Brussels with a large megaphone.
Seems to be exciting the French.
Oh well, back to the drawing board, the 28th it is then, RNS Tuesday 30-3-21, 7:00am ;)
imo gla
Count the weeks, 14 + 10, as the contract says.
Ad4you, Bluelight, two more small points on the contract position that occurred to me in the interim:
The original contract Phase 2 wasn’t for a specified period, just for the supply of an additional 700 ‘q’ machines plus associated consumables (tests?). These, presumably, could be supplied within a very short space of time if the stock has been stockpiled and invoiced accordingly.
The updated contract note to which I referred muddies the water somewhat by the introduction of clauses allowing extensions of the original contract in two-month blocks up to, I think, a max. of 6 months. It was all a bit woolly and I couldn’t quite get my head round it and how and where it applied to the original but hopefully (a short) time will tell.

Bluelight, Jungla, the new DHSC contract was RNS’d at 7.00am, Tuesday 29-9-20 (so prior to trading) but according to an updated publication of that contract (posted here recently) the start date was Monday 28-9-20. Fourteen weeks of phase one takes us to Sunday 3-1-21. The phase one extension wasn’t optional, I believe (so revenues to a great extent baked in, therefore no need to RNS) but allowed for volumes/prices to be varied up/down at the behest of DHSC and would take us to an end date of Sunday 14-3-21. Phase two was optional (presumably would need to be announced if signed on the dotted...) but should start Monday 15-3-21. If last year’s procedure was followed, we could expect an RNS at 7.00am on Tuesday 16-3-21.
This is my take and imo.
Genemeanie, there is minimal info on this on the gov.uk website; for me, it all seems to be pointing to HMRC deciding at the point of claim for relief whether a stock qualifies or not, they seem to be very reluctant to provide any certainty whilst leaving several grey areas.
Genemeanie, the link below leads to some good info:
https://www.druces.com/issues-to-be-aware-of-in-using-aim-listed-shares-business-property-relief-bpr/
I think two points stand out for investors here, one general, one specific to Novacyt (the final line of point 2)
1. HMRC does not publish a list of BPR-qualifying companies; entitlement to BPR is assessed retrospectively once a claim for relief is made.
2. An AIM listing alone does not guarantee that shares will qualify for BPR. The following kinds of companies will not qualify:
– those wholly or mainly investing in shares;
– those wholly or mainly investing in real estate (i.e. earning rental income);
– those traded on a recognised stock exchange (e.g. abroad).
With thanks to the content publisher, Druces.
Solder, there’s my point again, you quoted Bloomberg but you didn’t quote Oddo, in your own words “I have not read the report. Will try to get it later.”
I haven’t been able to find Oddo’s note hence my reference to it not being easy (I am sure the truffle hounds will put that right soon enough), so I wouldn’t quote references to it as if they were gospel.
By the way, if there is an argument going on here, be in no doubt as to who started it. Great comeback as well, the ‘village idiot’ one, never heard that one before :)))
