We didnt have a freakin war then with one of the top producers, XL Keystone wasnt cancelled, Saudis decline wasnt as steap/or they covered it better, global oil demand is rising sharper now. Crude inventories are ATL globally. But, for now they are pumping the oilprice downward. EU now plans a giganting bond sale to finance energy.
