I own shares in Kefi.
I have watched the continued weakness in the share price, with now less than 20 trading days till month end, and keep having this negative doubt with the same question arising, any thoughts welcome
The question is......
Is it possible that Kefi announces the project financing and there is NO significant movement in the share price?
I ask as normally with this time frame you would expect the 'buy on the rumour sell on the fact' to be kicking in, yet there is no action at all in the SP?
Good Morning, for transparency i own shares.
So If and it appears to be a big If, you believe in HAA, then surely the share price at this price is a one month option on at least a 100% increase?
So can anyone offer an alternate strategy?
So thank you for your comments, and recommendations all noted.
My thoughts are that he will need to top up and keep doing so e Saudi so will use any price rise to do so.
Likewise the deluge of sellers are from all that is waiting to exit on such rises.
Now I was making a comment without making anything personal, I regret that you feel otherwise
oh well it is Friday the 13th after all, so I should expect such a reaction to a comment.
Btw you did not thank me for my complimenting you on your holding, and for your interest I have some 4mn shares, so I feel justified in my argument!
Well done on your holding....
however recent events have shown to me that HAA has other ideas re share price, so while there may be a 100% uplift on the financing, I am sure it will be met with a deluge of selling, and of course we cannot discount HAAs own plans to use the share price for more capital....
So based on todays news, if you believe the story, these shares are as cheap as chips, but there again if you do not it might explain today's sales!
So if you look at the share price and think of it as a two month call option on the financing news then it must be worth a trade!
Small mining companies pre revenue must keep having placings to raise capital to keep going.
Surely the appetite for funding this round must be seen as good news?
At least it was not puffed up like Kefi recently before its placing!
I think patience will be rewarded here
So having taken a deep breath, where does this leave shareholders?
If you believe the company they will be £8m better off and closer to the goals, if you do not the Executives are 'scammers' !
Looking at the share price there appears to be a marginal topping up above the issue price, so there is a benefit of the doubt!
Where can the price go to now, well the adjusted NPV of 8p is too way off,but before then there is the 2.4p (is it now adjusted)...so that is 100%+
Time will tell but the company has done no favours today seems to be the view!
