Might be worth discussing the jet pump which is arriving this month, which model it is, its capabilities rather than starting threads about consolidation which have not been mentioned by the board.

Has anyone got any info on the pump to hand? Appreciate it mention in the RNS the supplier but do we have anymore info? I am happy to research more if anyone has a starting point? Maybe Jack and Lah0re could give me a hand ;)

The third option is that other farmees for the joint venture have yet to reveal their hand, its very unlikely that all would reveal on the same day. I say farmees or companies as this expression has been used on several occasions by Synergia

When looking at the share price, I think we need to remind our selves about what Roland has achieved for share holders on other companies in the past, hes done exceedingly well. We should also remind ourselves how quickly this shot up from .9 and how difficult it was to buy in yesterday.

Hopefully we can build on the current share price as Syn attracts more investors prior to JV announcement, CCS announcement and the Jet pump arriving.. so exciting

I did say this morning is wouldn’t be the CCS announcement… that’s still a few more weeks away.

How is this not a great RNS???… Up to 51% and potentially becoming the operator?
What if they are a major, a recognised operator by GOI, what if they have tons of money and can push this through paying for multiple wells and make a cash offer for SYN?
The RNS states it doesn’t mean they can’t accept an alternative offer, personally I think we are in great shape, would you rather an RNS saying no one’s coming to the table?

I can't see the CCS being declared first, that's still in the hands of the OPRED to finalise the appropriate assessment, before the Secretary of State makes their announcement and then the NSTA announce the licensing awards. I think we are still weeks away from this and so this rise IMO is more likely the JV as the Jet pump is also weeks away.

Fingers crossed.

Not long now, May next week and just pumps arriving that month, JV likely before its in full swing as not dependent on installtion...Whoop whoop...

Just like IG were allowed to buy in and dump their shares on UKOG Friday before the terrible RNS yesterday, it looks like someones in the know that news is about to land here. Cant even buy £500 worth in SYN, thank goodness I am balls deep already :)

Well when Syn get the jet pump working and clear the out what I believe are 6 wells, then just maybe we will start turning a small profit, however small until the JV drills the next one, questions are:
How long to JV announcement
CCS licences
Jet pump model and capabilities, just how much can it pump?
Time table to next drill
Any money to come from farmee as part of the JV?

Hopefully Roland will deliver answers to these questions and more in the next RNS/interview.

Gordon, if we do win a license, it will bring revenue and confidence in Synergy, not only for us in the UK, but those in India will also watching. Personally I think we will get a rise if we win a license.

Sold a total of 10% of my holding yesterday and today, has previously bought at 0.096 and not going to look 20% in the eyes without taking it.

Reason…. whilst I am super confident about the jet pump and also the JV I am in two minds about the CCS licenses, if they are to drop any moment and we are unfortunate to miss out then I think we could go sub 0.09 at which point I’ll use that 10% to buy back in, if we plough on then I am more than happy that my 90% will get me where I want to be in June/July.

Without the knowledge of each submission, the quality, the experience by each company in that field, I’d rather have a small reserve, happy to sail on though if she continues to rise next week.

Appreciate it’s not in Rowlands hands, are we ever going to hear information on who has been awarded these licenses? Considering it was thought to be the end of March and then any week

That was a great harness yet you wish to comment on well depletion and how long are negotiations going to take.

How about being happy that negotiations are still ongoing with a company or companies rather than no discussions as we can’t find anyone?

How about we’re gonna open up all the Wells to see just how much pressure we can get out instead of discussing will depletion pressure?

The farm out discussions are ongoing and the Company does not anticipate that the C-77H artificial lift implementation will have an impact on the farm out process being concluded.

I am hoping that the above paragraph is written based on the fact that we hope the joint-venture will have concluded by this time.
