Thank you for explanation Researcher. But it is NO comfort to know AN is so short on his investment. He does not seem in any hurry to commercialize Parsortix and as JTIT says - the lack of information is really poor. I seem to remember you used to call this share a "strong buy". Have you changed your mind? Everything JTIT says makes such good sense. Where is the management of the website and the info. for his investors. Nowhere!
Regret is too big a word for my loyalty to AGL
It is all rather disheartening and I feel our confidence was misplaced. Regret is not a big enough word!
When AN got the FDA excitement, he gave an interview on Proactive Investors which gave the impression Angle were about to go into production and the show was on the road. Pictures of the Parsortix machine etc. It was all so believable. Then I read that Angle was not only NOT making a profit - as we all understand - but was unlikely to make one for 3 years! I cannot understand how AN can be sitting on this wonderful product and does not seem to feel the urgency of it for the many poor sufferers. Does he understand that we are suffering too?
We should be very impressed Ian Ross has taken the trouble to keep us informed of the change in direction and management at R. It is keeping us on board and as a LTI I was beginning to give up hope.
Researcher. Could you find a moment to add your thoughts on all this ranting.

Thankyou for your kindness in replying. I respect your opinion. And would suggest others do too. Researcher would seem to be a serious contributor too. I would be pleased to D.M.O.R. but have fallen at the first fence. If you see a light at the end of this tunnel please say so!
Does anyone younger and wiser than me know when and if the shares will start to rise again?
Like many of you I have been buying these shares for years. But I am not as savvy as you all and am now - and I'm nearly 90! - watching my investment sliding away. I think we have to understand that for the pharmaceutical companies the big C is in Cash and not Cure. They want plenty of income from radio and chemotherapy. It has a far better bottom line.
I don't understand what will encourage them to invest in quicker diagnosis and better treatment unless there is something in this for them....... I know the alternative sector is small in this country but perhaps in the world it is growing and AN should direct his efforts there for a start.
Does anyone who knows far more about this agree - or disagree?
This delay is really almost sinister! When you read that GB has the worst outcomes among European countries for the key cancers - including bowel, lung and pancreatic cancers.
The key problem appears to be late diagnosis - and this is simply NOT NECESSARY.
But its hard to understand why Parsortix cannot be used without FDA approval.
Has it got MHRA approval?
As a long-time investor in this share it strikes me that the fear for the FDA - which after all is a financial watchdog for the pharma industry - is that the early detection of Cancer will in time wonderfully decrease the need for chemo and radio therapies. How brilliant that would be. But these are highly financed investments and sadly at present reap rich rewards.
I have said this before and been shouted down. Which in its way was rather sinister. But most members of the FDA are either ex-employees, or have shares in, the major drug companies and they are in the business of prolonging illness not curing it. So well said researcher1.
Its always been an opportunity to help with early diagnosis or just ignore it and it seemed a very good way of helping cancer sufferers. Let's just hope and pray we have put our money in the right direction. There has never been any doubt of AN's altruism.
If, like me, you are not a medical scientist - you only have to look up Parsotix on Google and see the amazing results that it gets. I hae had shares for ever. bought when my fmaily were cancer sufferers. I have watched hospitals all over the world become involved.
But sadly I have to accept that the FDA are in no hurry for a speedy diagnosis of cancer resulting in fewer drugs. I fear we may have have to accept that we may have to wait for FDA permission.
Malachi. I do not actually write rabid nonsense! Britain sits at the bottom of the League Table for Cancer Survival Rates. Do you not feel the MHRA are dragging their feet? We have both been investors for a number of years. They may feel a sense of urgency but I have yet to see it...... But I do not have the true knowledge of some of our Share Chatters.
I am afraid the FDA and MHRA do not have a good record at making decisions on new systems that will cut down on drugs. In my humble opinion they are too interested in the bottom line. Better and quicker diagnosis = less expensive treatment. Please tell me I am wrong.
We have to face the fact that the FDA will not be in a hurry to grant approval. The sad fact is that Cancer - for them - is a cash cow.
they will not be in a hurry to get it detected sooner.........
Of course the FDA won't agree to Parsortix. It helps early diagnosis of cancer. That is not worth any money to them. They want cancer to go on for ever.
The reason why Angle cannot obtain FDA or MHRA agreement for this product is that it is a significant help to cure Cancer. Cancer is a source of huge income to the pharmaceutical companies. Radio and chemo therapies bring in big returns. A dreadful fact! Elderly Bird
