Just popped in for a nose and it looks as if there has been an explosion in a paint shop with all these posts. This is a shot out of the dark relating to this warning letter. Let us hope it is cleared up sooner rather than later as the finance was due to be done shortly wasn't it. I am not that heavily invested here so will take this on the chin as another box to be ticked. If I was as some are on here or they say they are then I would not. This has really upset the applecart.

The TK project will be finally fully derisked and we can see some serious rerate of this sp.
Some interest has been shown here but we need the 50mill volumes we saw the other day. Maybe there are some out on the sidelines awaiting re-entry but are being put off by cheap talk of further dilution on here. This is the nature of these miners whilst they transform from explorer to developers. People knew the risk before investing. imhho.

To give more excuses as always imho.
Personally cannot see what else he can tell us other than what was in that RNS.
Dragging on too long now. There is some disconnect here but for the life of me cannot put my finger on it. Surely it is not down to just funding?

I feel sorry for any recent new investors who have come onboard as there were high hopes for this.
Their confidence here must be shattered now.

Who is stalling on this funding?

This RNS today is trying to play down a delay.

James John. Just gone onto the company's website - company presentation dated 10th March 2021 highlights -
• Fully planned and permitted. Finance syndicate formed. Project contractors selected.
• Positive independent experts' reports formalised for senior lenders
• Community resettlement starter homes ordered, and resettlement team mobilised
• Independently reviewed Environmental and Social plans launched per Equator Principles,
World Bank IFC Standards and International Cyanide Management Code
• Additional local investors invited to maximise local participation, subject to KEFI =65%
• Consortium seeking board approvals of financing in March 2021
• Government registration of detailed financing documentation commenced for April 2021
• Then KEFI General Meeting approvals, settlement of equity subscriptions and debt drawdowns

Looking at the above should be done in April, possibly May give or take.

The share transactions on late Friday seem to indicate which way this was going to go today. We wanted to hold onto the belief that this would be sorted today at least. We still have the carrot dangling in front of our eyes (so not to get too deflated) however this seems to get ever more elusive!
What next is, around the corner?

WARRANTS
When a warrant is exercised, the company issues new shares, increasing the total number of shares outstanding, which has a dilutive effect.

We hope that mañana will be the awesome news that we have ALL been waiting for.... and not the continuous mañana situation which is wearing a bit thin. The last webinar was full of positives.

Talk is cheap and it is action now that is required.

If no RNS supporting that, the question is, why would someone want to sell 10M shares IF news is about to fall any moment?
Would anyone?

IF we are to assume that options have been exercised and that is the 10M, then we should see an RNS posted outlining that FACT.

A small excerpt below taken from that comprehensive and informative post which they posted. It is quite relevant now especially with those late trades coming in on Friday:-

"The TULU KAPI gold mine formally received the green light from the Ethiopian Government (EG) in November 2019. There are to be no more permits, environment, security, economic or social considerations. The DFS has long been completed and the mine will open. We await final financial closure in days if not hours."
All documents are sitting with the Board with terms sheets already agreed awaiting approval of all final terms.

When the RNS finally turns up it should be a MEGA one. As it will cover the FULL funding DETAILS and relevant PARTIES and PERCENTAGES which we are all keen to know. The other important info is that we will see the FULL assay results for SA up to the point of issue. This will be KEY for further investment there.

What is wrong with anyone taking a profit whether 10% 20% or 100%? Well I guess everyone's investment is different! I feel that most people would rather see hard cash in their bank account as a profit than to wait and see on a turn of a card the outcome.
