Bond holders can’t get greedy all they can do is force the company to close. WeCap could then try and source finance elsewhere to pay them. A placing would not be in the best interests of the shareholders.

WeCap probably have the strongest case of any company I know to get this bond extended. I am not concerned and happy with the risk and reward

Bonds often get extended and I think our current one has been several times. Anyway, whatever happens there the value left over for existing shareholders would still be times 10x at present. Normally when a company folds there’s nothing left but clearly this wouldn’t be the case with WeCap. I am looking forward to getting my WeShop shares which will be at multiples.

Harchris, u could go one stage further. £ $ exchange rate is around 1.3. So u could just take the $155 share price and call it £155m value to wecap !

Need to get rid of our major sellers who eeee dumping millions , and sell some WeShop shares to cover our debt next year and put money in the bank. The market would certainly take notice then

One thing I struggled to find is the ownership of Wecap. Normally, it’s printed on their website. I am keen to see who has shares in Wecap and therefore where the power lies- can anyone help?

Wood that’s correct. If the business model success, there is no point in buying direct from retailers. The models relies on business in a community of members millions strong. If that happens it will be a direct challenge to amazon

That’s correct we have been told multiple times this is a telfer style deposit so I am expecting typical telfer grades anything else is a bonus at this stage. Having said that they believe the first hole to be only 200m away from the centre /core and with a breeca pipe hit, I think everything will be good. Remember this isn’t a wild cat dill like FDR recent one, gold has been found all over red setter it as just a set of finding the core of the system. Everything has gone to plan so far. Egg

It does seem like they have found the source of gold found on the surface. Just need a meaningful au/cu content from the first hole. The second hole massively de-risked things as they were expecting to have to be drilling deeper, but found positive rocks shallower. This is a hold for me

Depth of hole 2 will depend on where the bottom of the hinge finishes or where the sulphides /alterations stop in the core. Hole one they will test 130m of strike (510-640m) the hinge will be a lot thicker - it may start sooner and finish sooner. (Shallower the better)

Great link and diagrams . So if they core into the centre of the hings it should reveal a lot about the economic value of the deposit, given it would be the thickest part and possibly the richest too. I am holding with 4.5m of shares. Risk reward is lose 50% or untold gains in coming months. Ignore the noise

So from hole 1, we look forward to 120m of strike to be assayed with Hole 2 being full focused on the core.
