It’s all warrants. Big drop at 10am this morning due to a £40k sell and yesterday morning at 8 something it was the same. It’s really holding this back, but it’s also creating an opportunity

The market can now see how REE will be funded this year . It has £1m cash in bank, £1.2m grant funding and up to £2m from facility. Later this year they will gain 70% ownership too (on DFS) putting them on the driving seat for a funding takeoff. This is a buy at these prices. Happy with my holding

Like the fact that the senior management team and board members all have a small Shareholding to. Louise the CFO owns 2% which is about £300k so their interests are very much aligned with ours. Need to own 70% of the asset this year.

They are the same people. The way the paragraphs are structured, with full stops, ending with a one liners. Very odd and sad that one person seems to be obsessed. I am open to both negative and positive points of view on all shares which give a me more an informed view, but Pete is lowering the quality of this board and making the board a bit boring 🥱 . Egg

Surprised tha some of the diehards and emotionally attached PIs aren’t mopping up these cheap shares. WSBN got to a market cap of £40m on the dome target. It has nothing. True market cap should’ve around £5m now

That’s correct it was all about the dome. . It seems like tte dome was a dud as no results have been released.l and the focus is now elsewhere

REE and ROCK for me.

For me - Wishboner market cap was build on this dome target. It was voted 100s of meters of breecia pipe found. We are not even bother going back to follow any of it up. The diorte is a different target. Sell Egg

So the big MT dome target and intersected 100’s of breeca pipe was a dud? That’s how I read it. This will go lower today.

Looking forward to the duel listing on the asx. Should be trading closer to £1B rather than £250m

WeCap have c1.3m shares x $45m (WeShop current share price) is around £45m. Need to sort this bond out asap and understand the numbers over at WeShop

Highland , your numbers are wrong . WeCap stake is worth around £45m - still multiples of wecap market cap plus debt but reducing daily. Egg

Market will react negatively to this. Funding required from April onwards and no core hole released in RNS. Needed a decent core for the next leg up. IMHO

There is a very small free float available with the 50% in trust and a significant amount of shares with WeCap and other original investors, so if the Americans start to accumulate more widely, expect an upward trajectory.

If they can re-finance the bond with no dilution, then I expect a 400-500% rise today! Egg

Sounds like the road will cost a lot of money ? ‘Well yeah’ what was the reason for the consolidation ‘to raise future funding’ ( ie placings) . The market won’t like this. It’s such a shame that red setter is potentially such a great asset the average PI feels like the expendable partner in all of this.

I recon sorting out this bond will result in the re-rating we all expect untill then the market just can’t see past the £7m WeCap owns. I have 1.5m share - so confident
