The words 'natural resources sector' are the ones that stick out from PRS.
You really have no idea do you ?? Never mind all comes to those who wait .
Why don't you worry about your own portfolio instead of almost giving yourself a heart attack worrying over other people. They're not really interested in your views.
More than likely !!
Arthur think you will find Redmond/Lees have a lot less influence now as its going to be PIRI's larger shareholders.
Well I got blacklisted for saying what someone thought was too much but I don't do twitter so its not me
Alexios just curious how you get to 9p ?? I have a good idea re numbers and its not 9p.
Oh dear ! You got that well wrong Arthur.
Some of you are getting too excited to soon if you calm down a bit you may make some money.
Hi Blue Veiner no its not coded just read it properly and slowly. If you're still stuck I will try to help you. RTO is reverse take over. In a nutshell it's all preliminary at present and Pires has to try to avoid an RTO due to cost plus share suspension. There are two routes re that.
First up, IF the BoD likes it, is to avoid any RTO as that would cost £400k re the LSE plus suspension time. Way round it is double plus the PIRI share capital by either all new shares for cash or partially together with an increase to say 6.5/7p for existing shares. Given the thin market in PIRI it should be easy and cheap to increase the SP. Have to see if it all moves first though as its all very preliminary at present so no hanging hats on it as could come to nothing.
Well now we know, 470k sale being held back. Its definitely NOT Ambrosia if anything they may buy more as deals progress. The front runner there won't be quick due to some outside legal stipulations which aren't any problem, merely time consuming.
Very strange one today where buyers are getting in cheaper than sellers. Must be our friend Arthur. Hardly large amounts though.
You can guess all you like but I am saying no more. Sorry !!
Should read 'your' not you're - apologies.
I know that one very well, second largest aluminium smelter in the world. Makes all the alloy wheels for Mercedes and BMW plus many others. Short for Aluminium Bahrain but I don't think we are talking the same one are we. !! Net worth in the billions of $$$ Still State owned.
Scissors, the numbers would take Piri out. Just hope they don't try dragging Rame into it.
I would add that money/finance apart the usual deal breaker is either BoD personal egos or intransigence on their part.
Suggests Noble is about to pull out of FI but maybe only SFB. Interesting !!
Should be needed towards an RTO plus maybe some funds from Rame disposal next month. Meanwhile Ambrosia has been diluted presumably.
