Holding long term is great, if you have a very diverse range of investments. I'm sure most people here will be glad if they they had an average of 43p. Personally, I think we may be flat for a while and if ftse picks up me may ride with it. I have loss considerably from 47p but I am forced to hold for a while. Hopefully, some good news will push this upwards.

Would be happy if we can achieve a sp of 42p soon. But that will mean a 40% increase. Not sure what could drive the price to that point. 49p was first and biggest entry and I was hoping for 55p then.
Although I was disappointed last week, I will remain hopeful for at least the next two months.

This stock will have to rise over 100% to make it worth my while. I don't know how long I will have to wait. CEO could have assured us better

For some reason I was very optimistic that I bought in on Friday. I am very disappointed in the information released today and I am at a loss what the future prospects are for this company. I'm sure this is going to be flat for a while now. For me the sale of ESS is just a mirage

Are these low volume trades just meant to manipulate the share price? Don't see the rational of a £90 trade. It just makes me confident that if the company can demonstrate they are in line with plans things can possibly change quickly. Doubt any half year results are likely to be announced as no information on Capita website. GLA

Thought I would top up today as it was holding well. I top at around 35.80p and i check again and I am down over 4% already. What are you doing to me ??????

Just realised that this has to rise about 40% to make me break even . Not impressed at all. Rose 12% one day to about 50p and then descend steadily from that high to this 35p.Very very unfortunate but we will definitely win one day.

Not sure what's going on with this share price. Any one have a clue when half year results will be announced.? Its a shame they announced a potential sale and we have not heard much. Not happy but still optimistic. GLA

A combination of the two strategies I have used. I first bought £10000 in about a month ago at 47p. Priced drop to around 43p and I bought another £4000. The price dropped to 39p and bought another 2000. Last week I sold both the ones I bought for 39p and 43p for a profit of about £900 when cpi jumped about 15%. I still got my initial investment for the long term and still have the free cash to reinvest in good dip.

Similar strategy have been used for my rbs shares. Bought in at 210p but manage to average down to 170p. Still a long way to go on that one. Hopefully, there might be a few dips to buy in and bring my average to about 140.

I guess all I am trying to say is long term investment is good but there is also a real opportunity here in this volatile market.

Next week might be spectacular. A make or break one. I dreamt of an 80p and I sold and it shot up further to 100p. But hey, it was a dream. All the best to all
