RE: Director buys RNS29 May 2024 07:35
"there are no concrete rules around directors buying shares and even fewer on selling."
Nope, there are, Directors 100% cannot buy during a closed period, guess what? that closed period just finished when they published todays results RNS so therefore directors could buy, indicating he likely would have bought before.
those commenting about getting them cheaper earlier are showing their lack of knowledge in the market rules. DYOR!!!
"It is clear that this purchase was the main reason this did not do a 20% lift today ,however tomorrow is another day :-)"
Why is it clear that this purchase was the main reason this did not do a 20% lift today? This purchase had ZERO influence and very little bearing whatsoever, other than the fact it was someone unknown at the time buying during market open hours. The RNA arrived after the market closed. Your statement makes no sense, other than the ending. It may be seen by the rest of the market as positive and may cause others to buy, nothing more.
Very confused by your post in some places Hubstar, but at least you are not cross punting other shares for a change.
