The PHE ‘home brew’ test. A national scandal.

As I posted yesterday been in at a few prices mainly below but also above current price. With a circa £4K unrealised gain. Been pondering it and will buy in again tomorrow. News will be out soon on the sales number and consequent revenue projections. I am optimistic that even at current market cap will push some upside. And I do not see a cliff edge downside now as a lot of the low ballers are out and the day traders backing away for other fish to farm with the price stabilising a bit. Let’s wait and see. Even if the next RNS strong will hold. As I see the company as having reasonable first mover advantage on the antigen testing with a small group of similar firms.

Exactly. Hence why testing is critical. So the product here works. And is WHO approved. So basic maths when we see next RNS. Probably trading at P/E ration of1.

This RNS talk I agree is painful. Clearly a lot of business has been negotiated and agreed. They have a good product and funny thing is it is a sellers market. Hold you nerve to all.

I can’t see the next revenue numbers playing the price down. I bought in at few prices well below but also above the current price. At the moment I sit on £4K unrealised gain. So for me not going to kill me when way or another. Even if it goes back to 6p. Just hold some nerve and see next couple of months. And then it will be all things being equal on sales numbers a good purchase. No point looking for dips and highs on a day IMO.

Judging on the PHE ‘home brew’ test the UK have been using and China tests. They maybe should think about using something better.

I agree. Let’s see the order book and sales ongoing and we can ascertain. But with the demand and WHO backing of the test. It should be a relatively material increase. Admittedly it is only potentially a medium term play as a vaccine or more likely more other tests become available. But first mover advantage is important here. Watching the price yo yo round. I have held. On the believe there is probably in the medium term 7 to 8 here. Lots of day trading going on. But fundamentals are reasonable for a sizeable revenue stream for these tests.

He says the government will be giving £20m to the Oxford team to fund their clinical trials - and they will be trialing a vaccine on people starting on Thursday.
