But you’re exactly right - in the grand scheme the next days/weeks mean nothing.

good to see you weighing in.
I can't admit to being a big hitter with BOD but if we end up with a special divi of 5-10p I'll be looking at a return of anything between £30k and £60k. It is at this stage however pure fantasy. But a meet for a drink is a nice idea, I'm in.

very good of you to try and figure out the numbers from the present state of play!! I wont disagree with you, but i think it is a bit of a guessing game at the moment.

Mike - I think for now we're stuck in the 1.25 - 1.35 range. The SP has tried to push through to 1.4 a couple of times and has been dragged back very quickly for what ever reason.
If we can break 1.4 - 1.5 I'd say the path is clear to 2 - 2.5 and then onward 3.

The game is now getting very interesting as its been noted. With the find now appearing robustly commercial a number of things could happen.

I've been very vocal with wanting a buy out but if I'm honest I think its not looking likely.

I'd now say that someone simply buying the resource outright is more proable. As a company BOD has multiple prospects so I think John/James etc wont be seeking a full take over.

I'd settle for a special dividend of 5 - 10p ;-)

Our patience as in investors is finally being rewarded. James, Trevor and the team have played a blinder. Very hopeful we’ll now see steady progress towards 2p.

Surely this discovery is of significant economic value? I’m still hoping for a buyout . . .

I’d agree with you regarding the market waking up to the story BOD is building here.
I know some have talked about a big correction occurring at some point and I’d buy into that.

I think the reason I’m hoping for a buyout is simply because the market hasn’t woken up to the potential here. And that’s the way to a big share price hike I think :-))

And a good point regarding southern - I’d like to think the big boys are in the wings awaiting the drill results

I’m tempering my expectations but not in a negative sense.
We’ve had very positive RNS’ before and the market reaction hasn’t reflected it.
So I’m not holding my breath.

I’m still very much sitting in the buyout camp :-))

Fingers very much crossed given the copper environment.
Thought the crux interview was very good, but I’ve set my timescale at 12 months for a result with ARS. If it’s sooner I’ll be very happy :-)

The drill analysis results which we'll get in the next few weeks wont be treated with indifference I think.
This will either fly or tank

I do realise some investors are looking for BOD to grow the company slowly but I'm firmly in the buy out camp.
JC did it with African Diamonds. I'd like to see him do it with BOD

An interesting investment case when it comes with the PET
Only reason I took a punt was due to the spike from single digits up to 24p a couple of years back.

Shares in issue are relatively low given the woeful performance of the BOD. But even a whiff of Iraq and it'll send it soaring.
My B/E is 4p ish so I'm happy to sit on this one. Evert PET has its day after all

Investor sentiment is pretty low given how shambolic the BOD have been

I think we'll only release value here once FED, Bridgecomm and co start generating revenues, which according to the capital markets day will be in the next 12 months

Got a B/E of 36p with ALM so no choice but to sit and wait for this to come good (fingers crossed)

Yes I wholeheartedly agree Pecten.
James’ enthusiasm is infectious but establishing commerciality is absolutely key in this situation.
And within commerciality I’ve no doubt there is a spectrum of value.
And as we’ve all seen - when it comes to BOD the RNS’ can be very good, but the SP response often isn’t.

If this spikes I’m likely to sell a chunk of my holdings. GLA

Good to see the board active on a Saturday!
There’s some big numbers being banded around now and although I’m very optimistic I think it’s important to stay realistic.
If the SP was to reach even 5-10p it would represent a special day for a lot of us.
If this is a mine in the making the road ahead will be long, it is after all still early days,

But rapid success would probably come in the form of a buyout?
