Personally I think they’ll get the 75% they need.

But I have voted AGAINST the resolutions.

And yes - HL can literally eat sh*t. I can’t believe how backward they’re being.

Personally I view 2023 as transformational for BOD. But we must be patient. JC will unleash the beast when he’s good and ready,

I’m still holding for 3-5p, but I intend to sell in 2024.

I completely agree.

Overall HL have suited me nicely over the years but I don’t understand their reluctance.

Sadly I feel stuck and really annoyed. I hope once the vote is complete they agree to issue certificates.

They did acknowledge to me there is significant pressure from holders for certificates.

It’s a minefield of information at the moment unfortunately.

But I’m also with HL so let me give you my direct experience.

At present - they are not saying ‘definitely no’ but it is something they don’t ‘normally do’.

BUT - they did issue certificates for Evraz due to the exceptional circumstance. And they do see this as similar.

I also contacted 3 other brokers. And all said the same - if you don’t hold with us at present we won’t certificate your shares.

Redmayne Bentley, interactive investor and one other but i forget.

So rest assured there are plenty in THE HL BOAT. I hope they see sense once the vote is done.

The project looks to be gathering pace

By my reckoning . . .

1. The permit application went in around early September. And the schedule for completion is 6-9 months.

So we’re now right in the zone!!
