That answers that question in my mind.
As for Delays - Id sell a stake if I couldnt make First Gas on time.
However, I am content at this stage with my holdings.
If you look at all O&G AIM stocks many are doing worse!

I firmly believe in the potential being realised.

We have a project that is engineering and supply chain based. It will always have delays and challenges. Id simply rather they over fattening their project schedules and come under time and budget rather than enticing all shareholders with jam today at tea time lol.

My email reply in July 21 reference penalty clauses was not a surprise. Lucan implied penalty clauses were not in the best interest and that theyd talk to suppliers.

On a bullish note, we are at the business end as Croqman said now. Its to a PFS or a DFS so all I want to know is the HONEST First Gas Date: Q3-Q42022? So be it, Ill be content with that and sake of argument they give up 15% stake in the project to pay for the debt outstanding.

Such potential on this asset, i hope they dont squander it with terrible management!

Non-Delivery of October 2021 equipment is unjustifiable
Lucan must report to market today with an RNS to state the reasons.
Hell Q4 2022 First Gas - so be it. Stop spinning a yarn and add a serious amount of contingencies.
If the debt cant be paid off, exchange 25% of the asset to Aleph and be done, by getting first fas in Q4 2022.

2x big equipment should have already been delivered.
Also 15 November was fixed delivery date for First Compressor.
So an update is urgent as I strongly suspect equipment will not be arriving this month due to Lucans P** POOR management of the project contingencies.

Perhaps one question should be: Q: Why not simply state First Gas is Q3 2022 to factor in absolutely every issue, delivery challenge and eventuality?! Get this agreed with Lenders or sell the Lenders 25% of the 51% stake to pay for it!

Talk is cheap and Lucan is a great orator.
If you read BLVN rns today, delays to projects in this sector are always something AIM directors can never be upfront about.
Just set a target for Q3 2022 for First Gas and be done.
I cannot see the point of trying to excite investors sooner.

However, there is a bullish point to note... Sidetrack Spud Date was pencilled in first week of Jan 2022 in the CPR and MANY Investors havent bothered reading it. That tells me they are going for the Sidetrack first. Why on earth keep buying equipment from the US - there are cheaper places elsewhere? Who has forced their hand in the buying of goods thousands of miles away rather than onsite? This is a bizarre situation. We are an oil and gas nation and have plenty of expertise to manufacture these high engineering goods!

Just read the full year results.
Drop a little extreme to be fair.

I suspect delays relate to saving money.
Some disagree with that angle but we await approvals from authorities that take a lot longer than private investors appreciate.
So by December we should know the trajectory (I'd hope).

Precisely the same question.
In August they had confirmed delivery schedules for 2x big items in October 2021.
My only positive suspicion is the longer they leave it it costs less by later drawn downs from invoices upon delivery IMO
